only to scare quiet a few creatures away when the gun fired including the Na'vis knowing the sound of a gun too well.
baby crying again when she hears the gun shots and then hears the radio of the genderal talking to them
Sabr watching her sister going to the base and watching in disappointment

Bill hears the radio. "For the love of..." he picks it up. "Captain Bill speaking."
