Parts of the Killdozer were damaged by the attack, but at the same time, it grabbed onto the Hellspawn, ramming it downward.

"GET OFF ME!" Kelly barked, throwing the arms up so the rifles on them were jammed into the Killdozer. She then began to fire those two weapons.

As the rifles continued to do damage, Killdozer slammed both of them into the ground. Hard enough for a small crater in the ground to form from impact.
C.C. Then activated his weapons, beginning to cut through the arms.

"GET OFF!" Kelly barked, the buckshot cannons firing (again) as the Hellspawn's legs kicked at the Killdozer.

Because of the kicking, the Hellspawn was tilted upward as they continued plowing through the ground, the Buckshot cannons being grinded into the ground as well.

"God damn it." Kelly growled, dropping her legs down so she'd stop tilting and destroying the last of her weapons, continuing to fire with the cannons.

Kelly then began to panic, frantically looking around for an escape. She couldn't find one (though panicking probably didn't help).
Giving up, she began to scream.

Causing Jarid to leave the advancing army, which had been reduced to a tiny, retreating squad, and rush to her aid, ramming Killdozer off of her.
Both AC's weighed about the same, making it capable of occurrence, even with out the OverBooster.
"I'm your target." he growled, glaring at the AC in front of him.
Killdozer gave a deep growl...

In her fit of panic, Kelly had began to cry, thinking she was only moments from death. When nothing happened though, she began to frantically look around again, seeing that Jarid had interfered.
All she could do was let out a breath of relief.

Killdozer then charged at Jarid, the weapons prepared to cut through anything.
The two grenade cannons then began to move into a firing position as he came closer.
As he was lunging for a strike, Jarid lifted backward into the air, hovering as both cannons fired simultaneously, directly hitting Killdozer.

Somehow, Killdozer had survived the blast, but was heavily damaged as a result, sparks flying off of the suit in an even worse shape than the Commander.
"I'm giving you one chance. Leave, and tell Wong Shao-Lung to leave me the hell alone." Jarid ordered, the grenade cannons still pinned on him.
A low growl escaped from C.C. as Killdozer began a retreat.
