Dream free or Gaia layering. Does it have to be a popular character or is it based on accuracy? Can I reuse a cosplay that I have already entered in the arenas?

Ahahaha, I am UBER excited about this round.
Thinking I'll do a Final Fantasy character (no, not Cloud, Tifa, or Sephiroth, and yes they are frequently seen at conventions wink )
...or maybe someone from Romeo x Juliet...hmmm....

OMG. Trance Kuja took me FOREVER to design.
I did Kuja's Trance form from Final Fantasy IX.
I know Kuja is a man. However, his base is more feminine (which is constantly referenced) and so I did a female base.
Because none of the red tails look similar, I decided to leave it off. The orange/pink looked weird.
Just pretend it's under the Elegant Veil wink
And apparently Gaia has nothing that looks remotely similar to the feathers in the front. So, I just improvised with hair pins.
Sadly, there's also more gold than I wanted there to be...but I blame Gaia.
