Aurora paid no attention to the snake. "Interesting? So you liked it?! I know a being like you probally doesn't like going around in the starship....but the none of the other crewmembers can survive in open space." She got more excited the more she talked about this new story of hers.

"Yes," Shizu said calmly her interest waning, "but why would I care about the other crew members? Other than you, right now most of my friends can either have no intergalactic travel or have no need for it. And why would I have a need to join any sort of military organization in the first place? I've turned worlds to ash when I was in a bad mood!...and well rested..."

Aurora smiled. "Well, that's why it's a STORY, Shizu. And these crew members become close friends who follow you until the very end. And you joined starfleet because you were bored, and the Continuum banned you again."

"Again?" Shizu raised an eyebrow, "honey, the continuum bans people by taking away their Q powers, bans are seldom lifted, for it takes a great deal to be banned in the first place. Anyway, let's not talk of these serious things, let's have some fun! Oh, and your boobs are all outa whack, I'll just fix them for you...." Shizu said the last part whilst fondling [[or attempting to fondle]] Aurora's cleavage.
[[I swear when going over rocks and minerals in earth science, all I could think of was boobies every time the teacher said "cleavage"]]

Aurora tripped Shizu so she fell face first in the water and swam away at expert speeds. Once she was a good distance away she called. "Nice try. Better luck next time!" And continued to swim away.

Shizu stayed underwater and swam after Aurora skimming the bottom of the lake. When she'd caught up to Aurora, she kicked upwards off of the bottom of the lake and grabbed her by the middle sending them both high into the air above the lake.
"Caught you! now hold on!!" Shizu whooped happily as they plummeted back down to the lake creating a huge splash.

Coming back to the surface of the lake and gasping, Aurora laughed. She was smiling like a kid on their first train ride. "That was awsome!" She cried, once she had gotten her breath back.

"Thank you! Thank you!" Shizu said in her announcer's voice, "this ride is a once in a lifetime experience, kids, so one at a time please! Hey, pretty lady, want to jump off the top of the waterfall with me? If you hold onto me I can gar-un-tee your safely!"

Eclipse was about to respond to Hermes' question about a scientist (which they did have, but it wouldn't help him in any way), but then he heard some noises in the distance.
"You hear that too?" He realized that he had stopped paying attention to the workings of the island, he was too distracted by Hermes.
"It's a new girl visitor to the island, and that one that came here with you. They're at the waterfall, it's only a 200 meters away. Would you like to check it out?"

Hermes smiled slyly. "Race ya!" he said, right before he took off at inhuman speeds towards the waterfall.
Aurora laughed. "No thanks. I don't do well with falling willfully."

Eclipse merely imagined the waterfall and transported himself there, surprising both Shizu and Aurora. Hermes was there only seconds later, looking slightly put out. "I beat you!" Eclipse said mockingly.

"Didn't expect two..." Shizu muttered, her ears folding back, "Why can't you run like a normal person so that I can hear you coming? That aside, Aurora, this is the local shut-in, Eclipse" Shizu gestured to Eclipse, "and this is Hermes, the island's only visitor with amnesia."

Eclipse frowned at her lack of respect but shrugged it off. He wasn't going to be rude as well. "I find running pointless, I'm sorry if I startled you."
Turning to Aurora, Eclipse smiled and said " It's a pleasure to meet you Aurora, I am not really a shut-in, as I do enjoy walking about the island or taking care of some of the animals. It appears that Shizu here simply doesn't understand the joys of being a hermit."
Eclipse looked Aurora over and said, "you look tired, would you like to rest? I'm sure you'll find a room to your liking inside my home."
