Cory chuckled, taking a puff of his cigarette once again.
"Okay, Wynn, I have a solution." he explained, smiling. "I'll train you, I am jounin, and he is special jounin. So technically, I am higher ranked than him, not to mention I can teach you far more jutsu than he has to offer."
