So I'd say he's roughly 40 chapters behind from the current release. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

Hmm.. I'm okay with it as long as he fully understand bleach, and has at least some experience as a ranked member in a Bleach guild..

Tonight is the night we become great!The Stars will show us the way! Ahh... That is the drawback. He participated in Bleach: Earthbound with me, however he hadn't made a seated spot for that.
Granted, it was way harder to get a seat there than any other place I've been in (since everyone, even the captain was forced to start from the get go). He does have experience as a seated officer in Bleach role plays, just not guilds. Tonight is the night we become Great! The Stars are what gave us away!

I'm prepared to give him a chance then, as long as he has some bleach experience.
My primary concern is just that I don't want someone in here as a captain-class character, who has never role-played extensively with bleach, you know?

Well I've already talked to Mirouni about this but I guess I should see how you all feel about it. I was thinking about taking the head of the Shihouin family, the Onmitsukido, and the second squad captaincy. What do you guys think?

Hmm... I feel like you shouldn't have both groups... Squad 2 and Head of Shihouin family would work out alright, but I feel the Onmitsukido should be lead by another person.

I'll agree with Iu on this one. I didn't like the idea of Jo having the shihouin rank as well as the niban taichou. I think that you could keep relations with them good, but not lead both at the same time. Sorreh.

Hmm.. since people seem to be having an issue with this.. we will have to make some changes..
Shihouin and Onmitsukido are synonymous in my book, so if he needs to give up one, he'll need to give up the other.
Unless he is a family member, but not head of the Shihouin house.

The thing that'd make sense to me at this time would be if he took Onmitsukido and Head of Shihouin. Those two go together naturally, and we could easily find someone for Squad 2. I just think that he'd be taking on too much and I feel that it'd be giving him a bit too much power...
