"Alwright!" The girl giggled as she tugged Khali forward on the trail. Her gaze looked worried as she listened to Aaron - leave it to a male to be like that- she pouted. "You can'ts wait! Mommy and Daddy is in there. If...if they still are ali-ali.." Sniffing she wiped her eyes and leaned against Khalidah for support.
But after shaking her head she grinned back 'bravely' at Tzeitel, "K-kay! I'll trys my best ta leads then." She gave a small shiver before cutting over to a more hidden path.
After a while they could see that up ahead was a stone building. Ivy ran through the cracks of the old walls and you could tell that once it had been like a fort , but was now suffering from lack of care. A perfect hideout. "Th-there." She pointed.
Raiden was up and moving now. His head still hurt like the devil but he could focus much better than before. "Must've been drugged." He yawned again before pounding the door, "Hey! Let me out!" With a groan he rubbed his knuckles and tried once more before backing up.
There had to be away out. Looking around the centaur spotted a small ray of hope and grinned. Maybe just maybe...

Khalidah's ears flipped back as she frowned. The teenager laid her head on the child's for a moment before pulling back, then standing. "I guess thats fine....but-but what if their being tortured in hot oil? Or worse?" And then they would be even worse off because they hadn't gone right in. Plus, that little girl was too damn cute to ignore.
She slid her sword out of the sheath and it immediately fell to the ground. Khali adverted her eyes with a flush, then grunted and heaved it up. The real thing is heavier than it looks. But it was a good weight, one that kept her mind on the task at hand as she trailed behind the girl. Just the look of the area fortold of the horrors that could be inside. Khali even shivered, and bit her bottom lip. "Do you hear that?" She whispered. "Do you hear that? It must be the bandits. Squire, break open the door." She waved at Aaron and stepped back.

Tzeitel gasped, reaching to cover the child's ears and tossing Khali a look. "Don't speculate like that out loud! She's scared as it is." She scooped up the child and set her deep into the bushes. "You wait here, we'll be right back." She turned to follow close after the duo, knife clutched tightly to her hand, adrenaline portraying itself as bravery.
Aaron pressed a hand to his face. No one was going to bother listening to him today. "Didn't I tell you to not call me that?" He muttered, stepping up to the door and pressing an ear to it himself. Some muffled steps, but otherwise quiet. Too late for any real stealth, he took one last scan of the forest to make sure no one else was behind them. Scowling at the circumstances, he reared back and with one heavy kick knocked the door open.

"Kay." The centaur girl waited until the trio was away and at the door before giggling. "Idits." She wiped her eyes and shook out her curly hair before watching them break through the doorway.
Perfect.
With a yell she tugged hard on a rope that had been hiding in the bushes. Right where the heroes were standing a gaping hole appeared as a chute that lead into the lower level was opened.
Raiden was kicking his way to freedom when he heard the noise. Eyes widening he remembered something - how he got into the room in the first place. "Crap!" In the room beyond him there wasn't a ceiling anymore - just a chute like thing that jutted out.
It was then that he saw them through his small peep hole- several bandits just waiting about ready to approach their newest prey. Raiden bit his bottom lip thoughtfully. Should he act innocent and wait until later to escape or help this group fight? If only he could know who or what was coming down!

With Aaron's ear pressed to the door, Khalidah was trying to calm herself down from the adrenaline high. How many were there? Would they attack in a group or one on one? Did they have magic?
The moment she looked into the room the ground beneath her vanished and with a scream, Khali fell into the pit below. For a moment she was too dazed to move. Her legs throbbed, but nothing was broken, for that she was grateful. "Wha...what-?" She blinked her eyes open and looked at the bandits with a squeek.

Tzeitel didn't know what happened. Things were fine, Aaron kicked the door, and suddenly Aaron and Khali were both gone. She flailed wildly as she fell after them, the trap door having only been under her front hooves, the backs offering only a second of support. "Ow~" She groaned, pushing herself off of the male who had cushioned her fall. "Aaron! The girl! She's out-" Her breath caught at the forms in the shadows and she felt panic. This was nothing like hunting with her brothers, or even on her own. Her knife lay forgotten behind her against the wall.
At the bottom of the pile, Aaron had the wind knocked out of him. It didn't help when Tzeitel pushed off his chest, squeezing even more air out as he gasped in. He didn't have time to growl about it though as he heard Khali squeak and Tzeitel's voice catch. He took another gulp of air and jumped to his hooves reactively, hands fisted and raised to his sides to face, well, whatever it was that had the girls startled.

((bandit control up to everyone! xD)) Raiden was about to turn innocently away from the wall before he realized something about the trio who had fallen into the basement. He knew them. "Figures." The teen cursed softly as he recognized his sister and her two new friends.
As a rather ugly bandit came towards his sister, Raiden let out a yell and kicked through the last rotten board. It was enough to distract the bandits as he shook off dust and peeked at the trio. "You guys have some incredible luck or something?" He asked before looking at his sister. "Come on, hero. Help save me so we can all get out of here."
It was about then that his captured back hoof started to strain against its thick rope and the centaur cursed. If only he had his weapons! Ears pressed against his skull Raiden balled his hands up into fists and stared down the bandits who had finally started to move again.

Khalidah breathed rapidly as she reached for the sword at her side. In a panic, she felt around on the empty sheath and looked around, spotting the fallen weapon at the hooves of a bandit. Her heart sank.
She whipped her head around to look at the one that approached and closed her eyes in fear, ready to get it over with. But was....was that...? "Raiden?" Khali opened her eyes and cried out. Her brother! Then it clicked. They had captured her brother.
"Hey. Ya, you." She nodded to the one who'd been previously coming her way and rolled up the sleeves of her sweater as she stood. Honestly, how hard could fighting be? "Nobody picks on my brother except for me!" The teenager slugged his jaw with her fist and pulled back with a yowl. "OWW! I think I broke my hand!"

Tzeitel looked up in surprise at Raiden's voice. What was he doing here? Why hadn't he gone home? Seeing the rope around his leg in the dim light, her eyes fluttered between the teen and the bandits. A knife. They needed a knife. How would she- "Oh! I have one!" She shouted, spinning around to look for the knife that she had been holding before the fall. There! She scurried to the knife, grabbing it and pulling it close as she heard hooves coming up behind her. Yelping and dodging a grabbing hand, she bolted toward Raiden. "Here!" She dropped the knife in front of him and kept running, stopping short when the bandit got too close and raised her back hooves to kick the bandit in the chest.
Finally figuring out what was happening, Aaron's head spun. Tzeitel had gone one way, Khali was going another, and suddenly the brother was here. Hearing Khali's hollar made his head focus. Stay near her. That was it until they could find a way out. He didn't have much fighting experience, but farmer's strength seemed to be enough for the moment as he protected Khali's side. "Find something else to hit with. A rock, branch, something has to be down here."

Raiden shook his head in faint amusement at his sister. Leave it to Khali to make him want to laugh in any type of situation. But it was good - she was focused now. Though the teen winced once Khalidah yowled. He really, really hoped that she was exaggerating about her hand. Even so they'd have to take care of it later. If he could just get free...
"Eh?!" Raiden flailed around as he dived for the knife and headbutted a bandit out of the way. Biting his lip, the teen felt another pounding headache coming on. "What a hard head." He muttered before managed to twist around to look at the rope. He had to move quickly before someone else noticed that he was getting free.
And when he did get free - Raiden was obviously ticked. It was one thing to trick him and tie him up, but to drag his sister here as well? Oh, they were asking for it. Digging Tzeitel's knife deeper into the rope, Raiden was relieved to hear it snap in half. Good.
As the teen punched a wolftaur in the face, he was rather glad of the street brawls that he had been in since he could fight. "Get - " He punched the bandit again and caught the other's fist before it connected again, "Out-" This time the dagger barely grazed Raiden's cheek opening a cut, "Of My-" Raiden aimed and with a solid kick sent the wolf sprawling, "Way." Wincing he rubbed his cheek and spat out blood. But it was worth it because laying in the corner were his belongings that the bandits hadn't divided up yet.
Raiden didn't have a clear path to his sister yet, so the teen found himself pressed closer to Tzeitel. "We need to get the other two and get out of here using those stairs." He commented in between swings to Tzeitel before handing her back her knife. Surely, Khalidah would see the stairs - or her companion would. If not, he was prepared to get to them somehow.

Khali shook her hand out, instinctively moving towards Aaron. Pain radiated from her knuckles to her forearm strong enough to make her tear up. She turned to him and nodded. "Got it!" In a frenzy, she looked around and visibly grinned when she spotted something. The teenager waited for the nearest goon to be distracted long enough for her to dash across to the other side of the room and grab a board. She balanced it, bouncing the wait on her good hand popping it upside a cattaur's head.
Unfortunately, she hadn't spotted the stairs. Khali fought her way back to Aaron's side, taking every shot she could, careful of her hand. Then she saw someone coming at her with a sword. A long sword, with a tassle hanging off the end. A sword with a 'K' painted on the hilt in blue paint. "Oh ho ho~ You should just drop that now," she hissed. "because there is no way I'm getting run through by my own sword!" By the end, she was screaming, charging at the attacking with her board at the ready.

Tzeitel flicked her ears at Raiden's voice. Good, he'd gotten the knife. Speaking of- she looked down at the knife back in her hand. Suddenly, she couldn't imagine using it. "Stairs?" She tried to see past all the bandits, gasping when they came into view, and immediately blocked by another bandit charging at her. Shouting, she instinctively pushed the knife in front of her, watching it jam into the foxtaur's gut. Staring in shock at what she'd done, the bandit used her hesitation to swing a fist before he fell down, taking Tzeitel with him as stars and colors filled her vision, blackness growing around the edges.
Why couldn't that board have been over here?! Trying to meet Khali half way, a few more bandits fell to his fist, a few scrapes and cuts slowly appearing on his own skin and knuckles. Suddenly, everything changed. While looking for Khali, he saw Tzeitel go down beyond the teen. A visible line of blood rose from his neck to the top of his head, his teeth baring and fists clenching. With the fury that Raiden had born seeing his sister down here, but twice the strength thanks to age, he bore through the swarm of bandits, leaving a trail of bloodied faces without a second thought. Tunnel vision and shadows kept him from seeing the stairs. Sending the already fallen foxtaur flying with an angry kick, he bent down to pick up his friend. "Where the hell's the exit?" He growled at Raiden, though it wasn't Raiden he was mad at. "They didn't all get here through that hole!"

Raiden's ears flicked back as he returned another bandit's punch before he registered something. Tzeitel wasn't right beside of him anymore. "Move! Tzei-" He watched as she was hit, but the younger centaur was trapped in the swarm. Not seeing Aaron's rage yet, Raiden had managed to get to where he saw Tzeitel fall and was momentarily stunned by Aaron.
"The-there!" Raiden pointed to the left corner where a staircase was slightly hidden by low rafters and boxes. He was about to ask Aaron if he would need help carrying Tzeitel, but then Raiden noticed something. Where was Khalidah?
"Aaron!" Raiden looked back at the older centaur, "Where's my sister?"

Khalidah blocked the sword with the board, balanced in her good hand with the other one at her side. Being the weak link, it couldn't move fast enough before the blade dived straight for it. She screamed, knocking the bandit back before she went down. The teen couldn't think of how lucky she'd been that it hadn't pierced her for the pain.
Forget it, she told herself. She didn't care about the stupid sword. Leave it to rot, she just had to get out. Khali pressed her wounded arm to her chest and looked around, desperate to see someone, anyone who wouldn't hurt her. She'd barely caught the tail end of Aaron's rampage. The way he moved terrified her, and made her able to stand at the same time. They weren't going to die. Not today.
Khali stumbled up and skitted to Raiden's side. "I'm right here, now move!" She kicked a box out of the way as she took to the stairs, clearing a path before breaking out into a run for the light.

Fuzzy images made up Tzeitel's vision, feeling herself being lifted and carried off. Hopefully, it was one of her group, but most likely it was a bandit. Why would Khali want to save her? 'The first mission, and I've already let her down.' She thought despairingly to herself. 'Maybe Aaron was right, but I wanted to help... I couldn't let her go alone. Gosh, I let him down too. And even Raiden. Good thing she didn't pay for me. She'll probably never want to see me again.' She faded out of conciousness for a moment, and then back in, her vision still blurry, but color was there. It was bright, and very green. 'Some comrade I turned out to be. But, how could I know self defense was so different. Eh, can't I just go back to the farm? If they heard about this, what would they say?! ...Maybe I'll just go back to sleep.'
Relieved when Khali popped up before he could try stomping everyone to the ground in search of her, and that she had seen the stairs, he was hot on her hooves as she lead the way sticking to the middle with his load and depending on Raiden to watch the rear. He had Tzeitel parallel on his back, her chest and belly along his back and her arms around his neck where he held her wrists in one hand to keep her upright, using his free hand for protection. Watching Khali bolt up the stairs, a last minute thought grazed his mind and he looked to the back where Raiden had been hidden. The other stalls were open. No one lay within them, just a few items from robberies most likely. No other captives. No couple begging for their daughter. Already more furious than ever in his life so far, he had no space left to be angry about what he'd just discovered. A trap. The whole thing... The sun bright in his face, he just followed after Khali, listening for Raiden behind him and for Tzeitel's breath. As long as both remained, he wouldn't have to go back into that cellar.
