Mind's Eye of the Kagura Medical, Chakra, Hunter Karin was charged with operating Orochimaru's southern base, located on a small island in the sea. There she made sure Orochimaru's prisoners behaved. She along with Suigetsu were both experimented upon by Orochimaru due to their special abilities. She and Suigetsu had a strained relationship during the times when they interacted. The Abilities Continaed here are rather odd. The user can use Sensor Ship to tell where chakra signals are. anything in hiding is nearly impossible to stay hidden with this bloodline. A blind person could find you better than someone with sight. Additionally, the user can suppress their own chakra so as to make it nearly impossible to detect by other shinobi. Also there Bodies and chakra have a strange Healing Factor. Great for Medical Jutsu user's. but even if there not this bloodline still allows anyone who bites into them and suck's there Chakra to be healed.

• Can not Abosrb your own Chakra to heal but you do have a slight increased Healing Factor.

Awesome!!!
Also, I am Head of Roronoa Clan and the only user of Santoryu Sword-Style. Do I get to learn up to the third level at least? Ittoryu and Nitoryu are just the first two levels. Santoryu is the foundation of this RPC and I am technically the Master of Santoryu if I am the first to get it. (Clan states that I must use Santoryu btw.) Kyutoryu is just the Forbidden Sword Style of the Santoryu, but I won't be using it til much later. So do I get to Auto-Learn it?

What's the point of having a Genin use a sword style at the strength of a Kage?
There is NOTHING believable about that. Just because you're the only one using it?...you're a master? ...that doesn't even make sense. things take time to learn. If you are only a Genin, your knowledge is limited.
The WHOLE POINT of having Ranks of a style is that as you grow in power, you grow in your ability to adapt and learn new skills with your weapon style.
I would HEAVILY oppose this ruling.
