Glancing back at Sel, Melanie wiped her tears away for the final time and crawled over to the other girl. She looked at her and shook her head, wrapping her arms around her shoulders and just hugging her tightly.

But, I was just so shocked that Nate died, and-and I-I don't know h-how but, suddenly, there was y-yelling, and s-screaming, and then I felt metal a-and I d-dunno what h-happened, bu-but then sh-she was d-d-dead," she sobbed, stuttering, "I d-didn't mean to k-k-kill her! H-Hayley was a nice p-person b-b-but then -it just -and I just- and-and...!" she sobbed into the other girl's shirt...
