He nods a bit. "When.... when we were so far in the future.. that my brother in all but blood... my pack... everyone I knew... was surely dead and gone... That was when I stopped living in the now for the first time... and that was when...I gave up my mortality. So of course what happens? That son of a human goes and finds a way to have waited for us, with the whole pack besides!" He chuckles a bit.
