Talon Icewind wine compliments cheese very well, depending on the wine your drinking you can eat certain cheeses and get totally different flavors, stronger cheeses are more common but depending on the wine your drinking mellow cheese can work just as well. the saying comes from the practice of eating cheese with wine so when someone is whining (read as Raptor saying anything ever) its common to offer some cheese to go with it blaugh NOW I KNOW
