He took the two scrolls and opened the first, studying it briefly and memorizing what was necessary instantaneously. He focused chakra to his mouth fluids and then spat a quick gush of water upwards, similar to a fountain on his first attempt. He then closed his eyes, focusing more chakra. He then fired out ten jets of water from his mouth in succession as though he had been doing the technique for years. "Fish spit. Pfft. Child's play. I'm grown." He then read the next scroll, this time almost smirking at how simply it was. He rubbed his fingers together to form sweat and a moisture he then flicked it in a snap formation, a small splash of liquid shooting at the tree, hitting it dead on. He then performed the first one once more, and then the second one, both in perfect harmony."I abide my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly.

"I have all Basic Ninjutsu for Raiton and Doton and I have mastered the first Stage of my Bloodline. And I wanted to ask you about Chuunin Qualifications a bit. I've met all my requirements so far. I just need to know about how I can convince you to make me Chuunin." Hideki was ready and he need this chance to become Chuunin.

To completely learn the techniques, he did them both once more, however rereading them each. He did Fish Spit first, firing five separate gushing at a gravestone. (( OoC: I'm aware you have to post a certain amount for techniques. Where is the place that says how and how many posts are necessary per technique? This guild is so ******** you can't find anything. And those are simple techniques not requiring much whatsoever. They are basically just manipulating your bodily fluids, not something this RPC would have an issue with. I'm actually getting pissed as of late. The mods are so lazy they don't update anything, and they give you crap responses that basically say go ******** yourself. ))

This involves learning basic manipulation of the properties of water. Boiling, freezing, and pressurization of water are included in these studies. Freezing is mostly limited to small amounts of water, and boiling includes the creation of steam by further putting chakra into the water. The user cannot perform these tasks on larger bodies of water with this basic study alone. Furthermore, by learning to draw water from the moisture in the air, the shinobi can use water techniques without requiring a source of water nearby (unless stated otherwise.) "Actually, I don't know any Genin level Ninjutsu. Just E-Rank. I don't use much Ninjutsu at all so I didn't bother learning any. And the Chuunin Exams are too far off. Nobody knows anything about the Exams and I can't wait for another damn month to find out when it will happen."
{{OoC: I have a lot of problems with the set up too. Chuunin Exas, for example. Nobody really knows anything about when it'll happen and I relally need to become Chuunin so I can get my new puppets.}}

"The Disciple", "The Messiah", "The Avatar" Svellos Markahev Czenar Ukyohan Svellos read the next two scrolls carefully. He then looked around and saw a puddle of water. He decided this would be ideal to use to learn the first technique. He placed his hand onto the water and transferred chakra into it creating heat. Slowly the temperature changed and began to increase rapidly. It then began to boil. He then changed it again, lowering the temperature to freezing point, however swirling the area in the middle of the ice, to keep from freezing. He then pulled out his hand and watched the puddle completely freeze. "Water manipulation, is the most basic and ideal form of water techniques. I am pleased to learn its properties." He thanked Sachoi for the first time. He then read the other technique. He figured it was the same as the first water spit, only smaller and quicker. He then focused chakra to his mouth, using the water manipulation he had just learned, and shot out a far faster, yet smaller stream of water appearing as a single bullet of water that shot past the Mizukage."I abide my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly.

l Sachoi “Cyclone” Hoshigaki l Kirigakure l Mizukage l Seven Swordsmen Leader l Sachoi's clone seemed a tad bit shocked by the thanking but then continued on after the pellet wizzed by him "These next techniques will be a little more difficult but lets see what you can do!" he laughed slightly while looking at Hazard and threw Hazard one scroll and Svellos two "I want you to know some Genin techniques Hazard, they will be usefull eventually, and remember I chose to train you so if you dont like it then leave now" he stated plainly waiting to see them start.Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu (Water Release: Water Shuriken Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m), Mid (5m ~ 10m), Far (10m+) Description: Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created. Mizu Tate no Jutsu (Water Shield Technique) Rank: D Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Description: A shield of water is formed around the user as a cylindrical barrier that reaches just above the user's head. After the initial creation that user can manipulate the water, allowing for water spikes, tentacles, hands and the like, though these appendages are not dexterous enough to handle a weapon. The bad thing is that the shield isn't that reliable against ninjutsu. However, an opponent who is strong enough can break through the shield. HAZARD. Raiton: Raikou Boruto no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Bolt Technique) Description: A simple technique in concept and execution, in which the user performs the necessary handseals and then emits a short bolt of lightning from his or her hand. This is a simple bolt, akin to a fireball, as opposed to being a continuous stream. On impact, the target will suffer minor electric shocks.

Using his water manipulation he unfroze the puddle and then stood in the puddle. Placing his hand together as if to make a seal, he began to focus chakra. As he began so, three shuriken began to flow upwards from the water and too physical manifestations. He then had them separate and fire off into three separate locations, hitting three gravestones perfectly. He however would have to use this technique once more later, he knew there was more to it. He then focused even more chakra into the water and manipulated it to flow upwards around him into a barrier blocking all of his sides in the cylindrical shield of water. He then released it and the water fell back into the puddle. He was not finished with this one either and would practice it once more."I abide my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly.

Hazard was a little annoyed with the Ninjutsu Training, but he wanted to get stronger eaither way. "Fine. Let's do this." Hazard formed the handseal and thrust his palm forward towards a tree, but nothing really happened.

Hazard focused his chakra once more and focused it into his hands. He thrust forward at the tree, Sparks flew out of his hands and it burned Hazaqrd slightly. Nothing more really happened.

Hazard performed the handseals and thrust at the tree once more. He launched a lightning bolt at it and caught it on fire. He launched a few more at more trees and ignited them

l Sachoi “Cyclone” Hoshigaki l Kirigakure l Mizukage l Seven Swordsmen Leader l Sachoi laughed "Alright, alright, thats how its done boys!" he kicked his feet frantically first acknowledging Svellos "Svellos I want you to try those techniques a few more times before I have you begin any further!" he smiled wickidly his jagged teeth lit up the gloomy Graveyard "Hazard my boy! very nicely done, lets start you on this now!" he threw Hazard another scroll before sliding down from the gravestone and resting his back against it "Give it a whirl you two!"Nagare Isou no Jutsu (Current Transfer Skill) Description: An overall simple yet very effective technique, the Cloud-nin creates a sort of electrical current on his hand, this current can then be transferred onto any weapon he happens to be holding at that moment be it a kunai, senbon, shuriken, or even a sword. The next physical attack he performs is charged with this electrical current, if he blocks a weapon attack with his own weapon the current transfers over shocking the attacker. If by chance the user is not carrying a weapon he can transfer this current into his opponent's weapon shocking him, or can even hit him with this current.

This time, he formed them, 6 in all, and picked them up half-way as they rose. He hurled them at a large gravestone forming a star around the center of the gravestone. He then manipulated more chakra into the water to form 3 more shuriken, he fired them separately to three trees within the graveyard. He then focused all of his chakra to the puddle, and took all of the puddle's water to form the shield around him perfectly. He released it. He then absorbed a smaller amount, forming another shield around him, securing all positions of his body. He then released it, staring at Sachoi, ready for his next scrolls."I abide my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly.

Hazard performed the handseals. He sent sparks running down his arms, but they didn't do anything more. They died out almost instantly and kinda stung Hazard'sarms.
