Cherry saw the tear and tried to wipe it away with her free hand, only accomplising in smearing blood over it instead. "Damn, why? You said you were coming back! You can't leave and not come back!" Cherry growled, her throat going tight. "I really like you..." She whispered in defeat, staring at Cory's eyes.

"You... better..." Cherry cried, moving the hand holding the heart and tendrils to press the organ against her chest. She felt a tear slide down her cheek.

Cherry nodded, the heart still pressed against her chest and breifly she wondered what was going to happen - would it force its way through and into her chest? Down her throat? Simply die in her palm? Instead of asking, Cherry laid down at Cory's side pressed against his dieing body. "I look foreward to our next meeting." She whispered, leaning up to kiss his forehead.

He nodded, and closed his eyes, his body relaxing.
"I do too..." he replied peacefully, then died. His heart, still wrapped in tendrils, jumped up, went up Cherry's shirt to burrow itself into Cherry's chest cavity. There was no blood, nor pain, as it nestled itself next to Cherry's real heart. Stitches covered the place it had burrowed, and it was there to stay. This heart-- Cory's original heart, was his wind element, and made Cherry's wind element 1 rank stronger than before.

((???did cory just die? and who the heck is emotion? He isnt a mist nin or posted in the gates. So dude you better have a good excuse, you have no way of even entering without posting of the gates))

Cherry stayed by Cory's body, free hand placed on the dead body's chest, other still curled up against her chest, not realising that the heart was now beating inside her own chest, next to her own heart. She stayed there until a Mist ninja finally came to pull her away, to the Mizukage's office, other ninja gathering around the body to take it away from the beach and the public eye. "Cory..." Cherry whispered, defeated.
