"Well this can work one of two ways. You can head to my actual soundproof bedroom and mess around with stuff. Be warned that if you do you may die by whats in there. Or traumatised, either or. Or you can listen in and be forced to have a mindwipe. I understand me invading your privacy of your mind but I will do it. And its a lot less painful then the first choice. Tak your pick before I pick for you." Strangely for the first time in a long time Grathrym was calm. maybe because he wasnt on edge that it was an even battle for survival against the angels. Now they had an edge. Now they could win. Now... He could win.

Noktal chuckled. Pausing before entering, he opened a portal of his own. Grabbing a greater demon, he intstructed it to go and find the other Devil Lords. A meeting was to take place. Following them in, he swept past Sydney, and summoned his runic claymore. Stabbing it into an old crack, the runes formed a simple seat for him. Sitting in it, he sighed happily. Facing toward Sydney, he cocked his head to the side a bit. "Just a Cambion? Sydney, you've been offered to hear our plans. Isn't that what you've intended from the start? To hear what we know and plan, then use it against us? Though, I must say, that is rather...demonic of you." at that, Noktal actually laughed, the dark sounds resounding in this dark room. Conjuring a seat out of the air, he set it down, and patted it. "If Lord Grathrym and you are of an acceptable mind, please sit beside me. I can at least protect you from the other's auras." His tone was welcoming, and hinted at a personal offense should she say no. As for Lord Grathrym, nothing Noktal could do would change his mind. Blinking at the sight of Haitian, mild irritation surfaced. Though a good warrior, he was very arrogant, and very demon-like.

((Hmm.... finally got to a computer. Don't have much time, so I'll just squeeze in this post.))
Although Bagarth was wondering the realm, she could sense some commotion coming from the portal. Noktal was back. She heard a scream and smiled slightly. She supposed it was time to head up to the courtyard.
Along the way back to the courtyard, she passed by the room that Antoinetta was in.
((Edit: You can assume she's reached the meeting area if you need her to be there now. I have to go offline.))

((darn. I wasn't expecting you to post, Namine. lol... so I'll re-write another post to account for both you and Aston.))
Sydney scowled at both what Grathrym had told her and what Noktal said. She hated the way these demons were treating her. Treating her as no threat at all. But then again, wasn't that how she wanted to be seen so that she could pull off her little stunt?
"I am nothing like you..." Syd growled in Noktal's direction, glaring at the demon once again. "And didn't I just tell your leader here that I don't want my mind messed with?"

Noktal shrugged. "I meant no offense Sydney. Simply observing you are akin to us in more ways than you can believe. We all have similarities. Everyone." There was a rather cryptic tone in his last words, and his smile and closed eyes did not help. "Be patient my Lord Grathrym. I have little doubt Bagarth and Halgon will be too much longer. Bagarth knows better than to test our patience." Raising a hand, a symbol appeared on his hand. Appearing below Sydney, it rose up and vanished. "My little bit of protection. All know better than to touch the one marked by the High Devil Lord, but some new ones, or some seeking to prove themselves may decide to ignore the warning, or see it as a challenge. My mark will deter them. I am often kept in control of punishments. And none like my punishments." A sliver of red appeared from his closed eyes as his smile slipped down slightly.

"Its true im sometimes not even THAT creul. Most of the time I am. But sometimes I am not." Grathrym started staring about the room for something to torture. His flaming hair began to simmer again. He found nothing so he started to play with his fire. He lit his hand on fire and tossed it up into the air. It left the palace and came back down. He waited for the boom and then he heard the scream that came out of it. He made sure it was just enough to put the creature who had been hit into the infirmiry. Not enough to kill it though. He turned his attention to Noktal. "Noktal, honestly. Am I TO torturous?"

Noktal couldn't help it. He started laughing and was leaning on the arm of his runeblade claymore chair. Regaining his composure, he rubbed the side of his head through his cloak's hood. "Too torturous, my Lord? No, not quite. You can be cruel, but your cruelty always has a reason behind it. No, not too torturous. Some of our Mental Squad demons however, they worry me. I've had to kill one for going too far. If anything my Lord, I push the envelope. But I have a feeling I make up for it with my odd 'humanity.'" At that, Noktal looked ponderous. True, some demons had tried to take his place saying he was too emotional for a demon of his position. But personally, it was that 'weakness' that made him unique. Made him much stronger than any of them. Made him a god to many. But always his loyalty to Grathrym first. Always.
