No contest. The book is always better.
I like to watch the movie, then read the book. It gives an enhanced reading experience. XD

For me the book is most always better... One exception was "The Prestige" I loved the movie so much I bought the book and the book was so different that it pulled me in even though I knew what the ending was. Another had to be Sahara...loved the movie, had a hard time getting into the book.
I agree w/ Purple Hana though....it is usually better to see the movie and then read the book...but there are some books I don't think I would have read if I had seen the movie first.
Live or Recorded music~ I used to work as a sound engineer for a band so that is a tough one for me. I love the power of a band that can sound good live! Nothing matches that feeling of the music moving through you....but I love the complexity and clearness that you can get with recorded music.
What is your favorite place to go on vacation?
Mine is a toss up between Lake Powell, UT and the north shore of Oahu, Hawaii! Love me some water sports!
Places I haven't been but want to go are Japan and Australia, near the Barrier Reef.

Feline Godess north shore of Oahu, Hawaii! I agree. Lucky for me, I can go any time I want. If i'm not dickin' around in the ocean, I'm enjoying a big ol' platelunch or shave ice. THEN I go d**k around in the ocean. My favorite is Pounders beach. Scary at night though, creepy ghosts.

DJ Aru X I agree. Lucky for me, I can go any time I want. If i'm not dickin' around in the ocean, I'm enjoying a big ol' platelunch or shave ice. THEN I go d**k around in the ocean. My favorite is Pounders beach. Scary at night though, creepy ghosts. Love Pounders! Not been there at night though...don't like ghosts. My fave to surf is Chun's Reef. Man, you got me craving some Kua Aina Burger followed by some Leonards....Lilikoi custard filling if possible xd Though some POG flavored shave ice sounds so good right now too. *stomach growls for some onolishious grinds* I'm currently living in SoCal...so I do get to surf and d**k around in the ocean, but having to jump into a wetsuit stops me from doing it so much in the winter....*sigh* I want to go back now...

I guess I'lll have to wait till Sunday to get my momona belly out into the waves...sure I'll sink too! I no mind the rains too much in Hawaii...it's not too bad to go out in the water. Here it gets scary...so much pollutants run off into the water... people getting sick fo days. I know! I want to, but I had to go and marry a Cali boy so I'm stuck here for while. I keep telling him though that I want to get a place in Punalu'u and live country style. I think I'm slowly wearing him down.

30 ft. waves North Shore. They were turning people away. Hopefully tomorrow when we go it won't be so bad. And ugh, stay junk run-off water over in cali. :c
Shoots, go make your boy come down here! Punaluu is beautiful. I can't wait to go tomorrow heart Cravin' some Giovanni's shrimp too, ho brah.
