"Entertaining, perhaps," Rosel mused aloud, passing behind Seir. "But significantly less discreet." Her eyes passed over the 'Dragon Borne' newcomer, and she lowered her voice. She had no desire to make any more disastrous first-acquaintances, but she couldn't possibly miss the look the woman gave Haveni. Or perhaps it had been for Noctis, but Rosel somewhat doubted it. "Haveni seems to be quite popular with mysteriously-appearing young women, let's hope it holds with this Ruin." She paused, but still did not face him, leaving her face overcast by her veil. "Or we may have a very interesting waiting for us at the end of this little jaunt."

Keeping her distance from the snarling feline-creatures, Rosel fell into step a short ways behind Noctis and Haveni. Aeos was already in the air, and the few stranglers were tagging along as well. What would have been best as a handful of people escorting Haveni, if even that many, had turned into a blasted road party. They may yet serve a purpose, and she resisted the urge to strike at least one of them. With a possible battle ahead, their obvious concern for Haveni's well-being would make them easy to manipulate. At least Eisha and the cat-creatures didn't appear to be coming, she conceded with a backward glance at the crew of them.

"Good to know..ahn.." Ro'ark took a moment to process all the new information, skittering a few steps further back at the appearance of the giant golem its master and...cats? Were those cats? No not cats but big and hissy and, eugh..ro'ark disliked cats. "I told you my friend they've all gone nuts, haveni herself it seems" he shook his head roughly, spiky hair seeming to rise like a dogs ruff growling softly as he looked off to the disembarking group. The ugly cursed beasts seeming to choose another path, ordered off by their master...at least for the moment.

"Totally completely off their rockers nuts..seirs an eel though if ever I met one, slimy thing an meaner then a snake. Haveni cant trust him!" smirking as he snagged freis hand, tugging him away slightly from the beasts and the supposed dragon woman..Feh she was no dragon born, powerful yes certainly, but no dragon born he knew of. Still she seemed like the type one shouldnt trifle with unless they wanted a beating. "She cant trust him and neither can we, which is why were going along..you wanna protect her dontcha?" Ro'ark gave frei a sharp toothed grin as he started walking after the group, taking careful step not to trip over any remaining debris.

Frei turned bright red. It wasn't like he had a crush on her or anything. That's what it made it sound like. "O-of course!" he stammered, as he was pulled on. He took off with Ro'ark, and headed after the others. "I don't think we can trust someone not to hurt her, if he's leading an army of those...those cursed," he huffed, running with his long black hair flowing after him, getting tangled. "We're coming with you!" he hollered after the others. "We're staying with Haveni! Wherever she might go." His eyes narrowed as he glared unhappily at Seir and his 'followers'.

If what Ro'ark said was true, they could all be in a lot of danger. And even more trouble if they were looking for Ruin. What would finding her accomplish? If she was part of Haveni, would they be put together in one piece? And then what would happen?

And what of this dragon lady? She didn't look like a dragon. But the way she commanded that golem, she must have a lot of power. And all those beasts with her. Though Frei was curious, he wasn't going to stick around to find out what was coming. He was going to follow Haveni instead.

Haveni gave a small little sigh. Her own personality was beginning to return to her more and more, as she watched the village disappearing into the distance. She could sitll smell the smoke from the disaster.

"I know her, I think," she began, choosing her words cautiously. "And I think she is one you shouldn't trifle with. I remember hearing stories of the dragon born. In the stories, she seemed...chivalrous, because she wouldn't harm the weak, but wouldn't think twice about harming or even killing any who could match her power, no matter what side they were on. I think maybe she was looking for a beautiful death...but, those were just stories. I don't know if they're true."

She ducked her head from the wind beating her face. "How is it you are like a two-legged horse?"

Eisha cast her gaze towards Avaron. "Don't worry, this place will be rebuilt, but it will come at a price of my choosing." she gave a subtle smile. "I have come with this ragamuffin bunch of creatures to help, of course." she meant the espion, who seemed agitated at being called 'ragamuffins'. Eisha waved her hand. "I don't know WHAT their purpose is, besides they wouldn't stop harassing me until I came here with them. I suppose I owe them a favor..."

Suddenly, she jerked upright, noticing Ro'ark Frei advancing after those who left. There was a flurry of blue as her lance dissipated, the same strange, ethereal glow wrapping around behind her back as wings. She launched from the ground, her greaves making a clanging against the earth as she dropped in front of them, the wings vanishing and reverting back into her lance, which she pointed directly at them.

"Stop!" she gazed down with dangerous, serious eyes. "You must not interfere. Your village has been destroyed and you are needed here. She knows what she chooses, be it life or death. I do not think she would betray you, but you must let her go, less she lose herself and kill you all, like she did her original village."

The lance lowered from pointing at their faces, and was stabbed into the ground. Eisha seemed like some blue valkyrie the way she wielded it.

"You do want to see your home blossom again, do you not?"

Frei was startled when Eisha landed directly in front of them, even more so now that he had a blade pointed at his face. He was relieved when she placed it the ground at his feet. They way she moved, and with such grace, it was amazing. He stared, momentarily in shock before shaking his head, back to reality. "O-oh, of course," he replied. "Of course we want our home back the way it was. But will Haveni really be okay...with them?" He tried to choose his words carefully.

He wondered if letting them go was the right thing to do. This Eisha seemed knowledgeable; almost as if she knew something the others didn't. "If you're sure...then......I guess we have no choice." He adjusted his horn's strap on his shoulder as he glanced back over at the espions and the golem. He wondered where they all had come from. There were so many. Were they there to help rebuild? He desperately wanted his wish doll stand back to the way it was. He sighed and ran his fingers through his hair nervously. What to do? What to do?

Ro'ark glared at the lance blocking their path, not daring to glare at the warrior woman Eisha herself, no that might cause trouble. "Feh..Honestly this isn't my village to care about I'm just a visitor here" the fiery twilif sighed forlornly "I suppose..even if it isnt my doing, I might as well stay about and help out.." he growled out the sentence roughly, honestly he didnt mind helping. True there were other things he'd rather be a part of, but right now this female deemed the village most important of their tasks.

"Nope..no choice at all eh frei? Ah well, if she says shell be fine then she will, if we find out she's died though Miss Dragon Born..It'll be your hide I'll hunt for the loss" ro'ark shrugged and gave the woman a sharp grin, patting frei gently on the shoulder "C'mon, lets go make acquaintances with the kittys and the rocks, we've got work to do" stuck cleaning a mess they didnt make, and worse stuck behind with cats, lots and lots of angry looking cats..ech.

Avaron looked down at Epona.

"What are we going to do?" She questioned. "We are going to find your brother." Avaron nodded. "Then... We rebuild. I need a new tea house." The tea twilif tried to reassure the Phyrifly. Then she looked at Eisha.

"I would love to see my village blossom again." A noticeable sadness held in her voice. "... it used to be so peaceful here. And the All Hallow's Festival... it is ..." Avaron trailed off at the last word as her eyes surveyed the scorched ruins of the once been village. She caught sight of the kitty-like creatures.

"What are these Raggamuffins? If not their purpose, you must know their names, right?" Avaron questioned.

Sadako fell back from the group of baddies. The cursed had taken another trail and with a much larger number of them to bad guys, she would definitely have much more fun in their direction. So that is the way she went onwards and outwards from the boundaries of the annihilated village. She would toy with the rest of these Cursed yet.

Sadako was gone over the horizon with the hoard of plauged Moonlore, gone and forgotten for another time?

"You know her? That's a good thing.. I suppose." Better to know thy enemy then not to. "Considering the display of power just now.. I dont think I want to mess with her. Thanks for the advice though." He said dryly, looking back at Seir. He caught a glimpse of the blue lady, wondering how she had traveled without a sound. None of them had even sensed an army approaching in the distance. It was pretty hard to miss an army.. Unless it was an army full of cats.

"Good idea!" He called back to Seir, nodding in confirmation. He wondered if Seir and Aeos would have.. words for him later. Words might not describe the treatment he would be getting later. But he might be able to ditch it if he was lucky.

He chuckled at Haveni's words, seeming unable to stop the small flow of laughter. "A two-legged horse? That's an interesting way of putting it." He commented, unable to help the wind that flew towards their faces. There were traveling opposite of the wind after all.

"Let's just say.. I have practice. Lots of practice. It builds up pretty quickly when you have some ladies who refuse to walk the whole way through. But you're pretty light in comparison so don't worry about me.. if you are. We just gotta work on getting you to your destination and some new clothes, right?" He grinned down at her, his injury seeming to not bother him quite so much at the moment.

Nashara bristled at the offhand way the warrior woman had brushed off her appearance. She had acted as if women stepped down from the sky at regular intervals! With a small huff of disdain, she turned away, her eyes cast towards the motley crew of creatures leaving the village. They had to be more interesting than this forsaken pile of burnt rubble. With a blast of air, she launched herself into the sky, dirt and rocks scattering beneath her from the dormant behemoth.

She moved discreetly and quietly, hopping from branch to branch of the trees that lined the path with no more sound than the rustling of leaves. Each jump got her closer and closer to the group, allowing her to see the travelers in more detail. A woman in green walked haughtily down the path, her body language clearly spelling out her displeasure of the creatures around her. A man with more belts than seemed logical carried the one that Miss Blue Butterfly had called "Haveni."

She could feel the power emanating from her; that slight figure carried more power than she thought possible. This was no ordinary Constellation.

How about I do a little research? Time for my grand entrance.

She jumped from the branch she had been perched on, landing straight in front of the belted man carrying the vessel of power. The group stopped abruptly, their shock clearly displayed across their faces. Nashara titled her head sideways, a smile spreading across her face as she observed the belted man.

So this is the incurable womanizer? Should be easy enough.

She sauntered up to the man, her hips swaying slightly as she moved toward him. Stopping in front of him, she brought her hand up, slowly tracing a line along his jaw with her fingertip. She bent forward, her mouth placed near his ear.

"Care to tell me your name, soldier?" she whispered, her voice as sultry as she could muster. "Or are you too busy with little Miss Weak-kneed here?"

Nothing here for us?

Looking around slowly, Zahara realized her friend's statement... was not far from the truth.
Physically, anyways, the village was almost completely decimated,
though from where she was, it looked as though the Shrine had escaped damage.

But 'nothing' was too strong a word.

There was plenty around the village; wounded to be tended and so much to be rebuilt...
new warriors to learn about.

"I cannot leave here Daskri Mal, I am not strong enough to harm those that left.
I do not know the white constellation...Hevani... but leaving was her choice,
and she appeared powerful enough to preserve herself if necessary.
I am much more useful staying and helping those that survived."

Tilting her head up to look at her friend, a small, sad smile lingered on her lips.

"I suppose you will follow if you must, my friend. If you do, stay safe.
But I am more interested in the living than the walking dead."

Lightly squeezing the hand resting on her shoulder, Zahara stepped away and moved through the rubble.
Slowing her approach as she neared the agitated felines, she directed her attention to Eisha, the Dragon Born.

"I would like to help rebuild here.
If I may ask, what do you mean by 'a price of your choosing?'
And I second this twilif's question... what are these beings?"

Hugging the espion's neck and giggling to herself as she was bounced along,
Aulora's eyes only got wider as she saw all the others like her protector.
As their forward momentum slowed, Aulora wriggled enough to be able to slide to the ground.

"I'm alright! I'm Aulora! It was too scary to tell you my name before!
I'm sorry... that was probably really rude of me.
What's your name? And what are you?
I've never seen anything like you or your friends before!"

Aulora finally slid of the espion's back, her chatter slowly dying off as she could now see the charred remains of the village and festival.
Moving carefully in a circle, but staying close to the group of espions,
the phyrefly felt tears welling in her eyes and dripping down her face.

"Why... why would anyone want to burn down our festival?"

Out of the corner of his eyes, Aeos watched the amount of people following them diminish in number until all that
remained were perhaps one or two. He kept his hands tight on the hilt of his blades, pale eyes growing half-lidded
as the ice constellation continued to keep an eye on their trails in case something disastrous followed. Did the blur
of purple-blue that sped after them worry him? No, but it did seem like it would be a cause for concern as it
stopped right in front of Noctis and caused a small hold-up to their original goals as the blur revealed itself to be
the latter of the two women who had dropped from the sky.

And, she was… alarmingly flirty, if a bit random in her place of choice to do so.

His expression remained rather neutral, though, now it was slowly revealing his faint disbelief as the conversation
continued. His icy gaze was stiff as he tilted his head slightly at Noctis and wondered if the womanizing
constellation could tell this was a poor attempt at manipulation given their setting. Though, given Noctis' persona,
it might work. You’re carrying a woman in your arms and another woman is definitely attempting to flirt.
What are you going to do that won’t get your a** kicked to next week?

And then his gaze shifted towards Seir, frowning as he realized the dark constellation’s anger had finally flared up,
and at something so simple and … well, idiotic.

“If he’s a soldier, then I’m the general, darling,” Seir purred with the same seductive tones, aqua eyes half-lidded
as he regarded the daring little tramp that had stopped their onward movement for a little flirtation. He lowered
himself until he was about their level without letting his feet touch the ground and advanced on the devilish female
constellation, minus the hip swaying. His smile had taken an alarmingly dangerous edge as each step brought him
closer, gaze flickering towards Noctis for a split second to reveal a promise for a painful beating if he took one step
out of line and dropped Haveni for a bounce in the hay.

He was perfectly at ease pausing right in front of her, even with her pressed up to Noctis’ side like no tomorrow.
His chest barely grazed the side of her arm, but there was a subtle implication that he would have no qualms
pressing her back into, maybe, a tree if he desired. Seir’s mouth revealed a flash of fangs as he studied her like
one peering down at a stray alley cat. His brow arched in a questioning air, tilting his head the barest of fractions.
“Tell me…” Tones mirrored the one he had taken with Haveni, though it seemed to be restrained.

Seir lifted his hand, fingers sifting through her pale hair as intrusively as a lover would. His gaze shifted towards it,
and he let the strands slip from his fingers like sand. “What is a sweetheart like you… doing flouncing after a party
like us?”

PostPosted: Mon Oct 26, 2009 7:54 pm

s**t. s**t. Two gorgeous girls? What the hell? His thoughts mirrored Aeos's thoughts. What could he possibly do that wouldn't lose someone on both sides? If he gave in to the flirting, he would certainly look.. quite horrible in front of Haveni. But on the other hand.. there was an absolute babe in front of him. Not that Haveni wasn't one. She certainly was. So were the ladies back in the village. Was this, kill Noctis with regret day? God, this girl seriously knew how to disarm a man's defenses. On the other hand, he had a gorgeous woman in his arms. Not that it would lead anywhere.. but she was important to their cause. She took priority. So he told himself, anyways.

Seir's entrance was a relief, his eyes widening at the doom promised. As much as Noctis valued his own abilities, Seir was a disastrous enemy to have. He regretted stepping away, allowing Seir to take over the situation.

"Sorry babe. Approach me next time when I'm alone and I'll guarantee a good time." he winked, leaping back a branch with Haveni in his arms. He adjusted Haveni in his grip a little, hopefully to increase her comfort. "Sorry about the distraction. We'll be there soon." He promised Haveni, glancing up at the conversation between the intruder and Seir.

A slight squeak came from Haveni at the sudden leap away again, after having been sandwiched awkwardly between Noctis and the other white-haired woman during her forwardness on him. What was this crazy man? He was so swayed by women, she suddenly feared for her own safety from molestation, being carried by such a man and in nothing more than a flimsy white dress she had been sleeping in.

"Why are you so addicted to womenkind!" she cried, almost losing her grip on him as she hastily adjusted the top of her dress so no cleavage was showing. She flinched as she almost toppled away, latching back on quickly. "Men who can't decide never decide, then they get nothing!"

Nashara raised her eyebrow in surprise at the black Constellation. A dangerous smile played across his lips, and a dark fire burned in his eyes.

She loved danger.

"Oh ho ho. So there actually is a man in this group."

With a burst of speed not unaided by a small gust of wind, Nashara reached into the feathers of dress, emerging with a small dagger, pressing it to the Constellation's neck in the blink of an eye. It was bright, polished silver, with bluish-purple gems set into the hilt. She pressed it slightly against his skin.

"So you're the general? Well, either you back off, or I'll cut a couple ranks off of you."

Looking out of the corner of her eye, she noticed the miserable excuse for a man lounging in the tree with the one of power. They would have to be dealt with later. Turning her eyes back to the man, she looked him up and down, her eyes glinting with interest off of the many colorful blue markings.

"And unless you back off quick, that's not the only thing I'll cut off."

She smiled a cold smile, her teeth bared in challenge. If he wanted to play, she was ready.

"Can you fault a male for that?" He asked Haveni, eyebrows raising high at her rant. He looked away as she adjusted her dress, sighing. He wasn't a pervert. He loved women.. but only if they were willing women. Obviously, Haveni didn't approve of his habits. Of course, who did?

"Hold on, little lady---Okay, okay. You have a point." He certainly didn't want to upset Haveni. "Don't agitate yourself. All I do is look, okay? Unless they give me a better offer but I won't do anything." He let her down for a moment, leaning her against the tree's base, an arm at her other side so that she didn't topple over. "If you're that bothered, let Seir hold you. Or Aeos. Here." He took off his long coat, black underclothes underneath, offering it to Haveni. "It's a little bloody.. but since you're not comfortable in what you're in now.. Well, you're going to have to deal with it being a little dirty. You don't seem like you would trust me in not looking." He was being.. nice? A little? Actually, he might look a little. But if he was carrying her, there was no way not to. Even if he didn't mean it. At least the coat would help.

Seir or Aeos.. possibly Rosel might actually murder Noctis if he agitated Haveni before the journey's end.
