Michiyo smiled from high above the artifact and looked down. Seeing only a few of them, she readied her daggers. She didn't know what the artifact was doing, but it wasn't going to work any longer. She looked at Mina and Roxanne, and wait to see what they would do. She could easily jump down and free the girl, if more would come, but Michiyo need to talk the girl where she was, and use a mirror and some light to signal them.

((That's awesome. We just decide to wait for you and here you are whee )) The thugs managed to bring Anora to a pedestal. Despite her struggling, she was forced to put her hand on the figure's belly. When it touched, there was a brief flash, leaving everyone nearby temporarily blinded and dazed.

Mina ducked and covered the eye that had been looking through the spy glass. She cursed quietly to her self as a few tears went down her cheek. "I hope that ******** light didn't make me ******** blind."She grumbled. She slowly uncovered her eye and linked, she could see. She whined and closed her eye again. It just hurt to see. She slowly peeked over the boxes with her good eye. "They're all dazed, we should go and get it and the girl now before they do that again."

"Agreed." Roxanne says, wincing as she rubbed her eyes clear of the blinding light. Lobbing Haaroon's soul shard overhead, she watched in satisfaction as the orb shattered and released her felguard among the milling thugs. Roaring in a wordless demonic language, Haaroon took advantage of the bandits surprise and swiftly impaled one of the enemy casters on his deadly weapon.
Breaking from cover and climbing atop a large box, Roxanne began chanting in the same demonic language. After a short delay she began flinging bolts of dark energy into the thug's ranks.

Michiyo got a face full of the light and cause her to lose her footing, landing on a box to the left of the thugs and the girl. She was just glad that she could see after a bit, but she knew she was not in a good spot and tried to get up realizing she was stuck to the box. "Crap, this can't be good....Hey don't take all the fun." She said rocking in the box.

"I'll help you Michiyo."Mina said running towards her. She'd knock a few bandits over as she got closer. There was a bright flash of light and Mina shut her good eye as she fell forward with a large thunk. Mina let lose a string of obscenities as she sat up and rubbed her eye. She blinked a few times and looked down at what her other hand was on. It was on the belly of the figures belly, she turned to look at where it had been. "Well no ******** s**t, this damn thing was in my blind spot."She yelled

"GET ME OUT!" She yelled as the box tipped over and she rolled out of it along with another artifact and it landed on her. she managed to get it off of her, but she didn't feel so good and this place was getting very annoying.

Mina looked up and went over to her. She went over and helped Michiyo get the artifact off her. It gave off a flash when she touched it, not as bright as the bigger ones but it was bright enough to startle. "Are these things freaken covered in flash powder"She yelled as she helped Michiyo up. She stumbled some and rubbed her head. "damn it I'm getting a headache."She grumbled.

Continuing her demonic chanting, Roxanne provided covering fire for Mina as she rescued Michiyo. "Get the drugged girl outta there!" Roxanne yells over the sounds of combat.
Having recovered from their initial shock, the thugs laid into Haaroon from all directions and the demon happily returned the favor.

((Once the thugs are defeated, we can roll a dice to see how many each of our ppl are pregnant with, the dice size varying depending on how long they were in contact with the artifact. For example: touching few seconds = d4, moving artifact = d6, etc etc...))

(that's good, how about an effect for touching other artifacts? like they were used as a set to make certain kinds of babies. I'm saying this since Mina touched a second statue and it flashed and I don't really have an idea on what it would have done.)
