It'sa. Hypotheticals time.

Seeing as we do follow fillers as though they're canon to some degree. Eg. We actually have Bounts.

Say if I wanted to play as a Hollowfied Zanpakto as seen in the latest filler. Would I be allowed or is that a no go?

OMG!? Really? Because Ishi Riki became a Zanpacto after she died.

Aye. Muramasa. The Spirit of Kouga's Zanpakto.

It became a Hollow of in-between Vice Captain and Captain Class. It did this through the mass absorption of Hollows and took on a look unlike an Arrancar. More like an Arrancar during Resurrecion.

Uh-oh... You and your hypotheticals.. Too bad I don't watch the anime and I was forced to read an scary number of Wikipedia articles to figure out what you're talking about...

I think there have been crew discussions about this. People wanted a similar arc to the Zanapaku-to Rebellion thing, but most of the crew shot it down. I didn't really comment on the situation because I didn't know much about it. Plus, it didn't affect Las Noches.

At any rate, back to the important part, I would think no if only because the majority of the crew shot all zanpaku-to rebellion things down. If you want a second opinion, feel free to ask more of the crew, though.

And now for something completely different.

It's important that I ask this. On my profile I never directly state an actual height and weight for the character.

Me and Pa Rot currently worked out that it suggests he's actually seven miles tall.

Is this okay or would you like me to fiddle around with it a bit?
PostPosted: Sat Jan 16, 2010 2:59 pm

Oh my... Seven miles tall?

Could you scale that back? There are a couple reasons. First of all, seven miles is... um.. Tall. Very tall. To put it into perspective, the tallest building in the world is the Burj Khafila in Dubai at 2,717 feet tall. Mount Everest, the tallest mountain in the world, is 29,028 feet. With these impressive natural and artificial structures in mind, your character, at seven miles tall, comes to about 36,960 feet-- 10,000 feet above Mount Everest.

That's freakishly tall. You must admit-- it's rather excessive (and you know how I am about excess... Or if you don't.. Um... It doesn't sit well with me XD)

Plus, remember how Las Noches seems to have a dome of sorts that Ulquoirra breaks when he fires off some attack? Your character is probably taller than that dome. He'd break right through it and be so encumbered by the rubble that he might kill his opponents and allies by accident and take the whole place with him while he's at it.

Also, in the human world, since he's taller than a mountain, he'll run out of oxygen pretty darn quick. The air's thin at nearly 40,000 feet. And cold. With the proper dimensions, Sigeric would have enormous lungs and an enormous oxygen requirement. I feel like it's just not possible to meet that need if his head is up there at the height that a commercial airliner flies.

There are a lot of complications with that height, so I'd ask you to scale it back. Is that ok?

Of course. We worked out it was insane too. I didn't plan on keeping it like this. He's supposed to be crazy tall but we immediately started saying how ridiculous it was.

Now then. I have to scale it down. But I'm not sure how as I'm rubbish with height.

Seeing as he is supposed to be taller than how high the clouds are in the sky and supposed to be I'd say. About the height of most commerical planes.

But then again. I could be going for another mad high number. I'm really no good with height. Do you know the height of the skyline as my googlefu couldn't find it for me?

Also. On the subject of oxygen. I could explain that one away. He's a ghost. Ghosts don't need oxygen. Alternative explainations include.

He's a black hole man. He needs no oxygen

And

Actually that's a fairly good point. How the ******** does he breathe?
PostPosted: Sat Jan 16, 2010 3:44 pm

Maybe he's only as tall as a low-lying stratus cloud...

Ok, no. That would mean he's only as tall as fog... Which is.. Ground-levelish...

You could have him as tall as the tallest building. That's not so bad. It's about a half a mile, give or take. But then he couldn't activate within Las Noches without breaking things and giving Jes and Temor an aneurysm apiece.

Just remember, if he gets too tall, it's a pain in the butt for everyone involved...

Okay then. Right on.

Shall I start editing now to keep the information more precise? I'm no good with weights but I'll probably add one.

Just guestimate. If you say it with enough conviction, people will believe you, no matter how scientifically inaccurate it is 3nodding

May I ask, where should I start? Tosigo is a natural Arrancar, and came from Hueco Mundo, so should I "enter" from the labyrinth, or else where? Further, I have no number (as of yet), and just wanted to make sure that wasn't any kind of problem.
PostPosted: Mon Jan 18, 2010 1:15 pm

You can start RPing anywhere you'd like that makes sense. The Labyrinth is a bit busy right now, but you could even RP in the Hueco Mundo subforum if you wanted. I'd be happy to RP with you if you'd like my character to invite you from the desert to Las Noches. That way she could also give you a number.

You choose your number, by the way, either based upon whose fraccion you are, or, if you don't want to be someone's fraccion, you just choose a number between 11 and 99 that appeals to you (so long as no one else has that same number).
