((Edited, sorry, I must have missed something in your post. I made his building hopping go on a little longer and had him go into the building you were in.))

"s**t I must've been tipped off," Roman heard noises nearby, taking his sidearm in his left hand. He was still waiting for the meeting, aiming the rifle down across the plaza. Noticing a change in the security movement outside, he saw a man walk up the wide staircase in front of the YamanoTech building. "Grey hair, glasses, medium build, and in his fifties," Roman whispered into his microphone. There was no response from the handler, hearing quiet whispering in the background. Still looking down the sights, the man turned to face towards the plaza, looking around inconspicuously. Roman remembered the face, his eyes weren't something that he'd forget. "It's Hessler!" "What?" a voice replied in the background noise. "It's Hessler, I'm one-hundred percent sure!" "Top priority, take out Alex Volken, NOW!" the female voice suddenly barked, "do not harm Hessler, we don't want a power struggle to start now." "Roger. What about the other traceurs?" Roman questioned, "if I fire, then I'll startle the bees nest and there are some pretty heavily armed men out there." "Ignore them. Just kill Volken, we don't want him to speak. We'll plot an escape route for you."
Placing a .50 calibur round into the rifle, he kept a second round next to his knee. Aiming down the sights, Roman fired the bullet aiming for the head of Volken. Quickly pulling the bolt of the rifle, he placed a second round into the chamber -- aiming at Volken's abdomen area and fired before the first bullet had even reached the halfway mark of his trajectory. Quickly spinning around, he aimed his pistol towards the doorway of the room, pacing slightly at an angle to avoid a rush.
Walking up the staircase, Hessler had an odd feeling about his meeting, he signaled his men to be on high alert -- looking around the plaza for any obvious ambush locations. Looking at the man in front of him, Alex Volken, he walked closer to him immediately sensing danger, as if he was being watched from afar -- dodging behind a nearby stone divider. Two high-calibur bullets smashed into Volken, tearing him into a pile of disfigured flesh on the top of the staircase with two distinct gunfire sounds echoing throughout the area. "Naughty, naughty, little boy" Hessler joked, "playing the cat and mouse game now? Too bad its my turn to be the cat!" His men immediately stormed towards the central plaza, as if they were already ordered to do so.
One of his advisors began picking through the remains of Volken, picking up a small discreet piece of paper. "Sir look what we found," the advisor gestured to Hessler, handing him the piece of paper. "Ray Manners," Hessler read out loud, "a.k.a. Roman." A cynical look appeared on his face, Hessler knew what he needed to know now. "Quickly, find all the information you can about him."

Anthony kicked in the door to the room Roman was in and was greeted by a gun barrel, "Roman, don't shoot. I'm a traceur. Quicksilver's the name." he said. Anthony didn't want to get shot anymore than he wanted to take Roman in, "I'm here to help, just put the gun down." he said, sincerely hoping this traceur had never heard about Anthony joining the CPF. He stood close to the door in case Roman opened fire and held onto his metal bar very tightly in case Roman didn't open fire on him. Anthony was already thinking about how to get out of this situation. Hand to hand, Anthony might win but if Roman kept that gun Anthony was screwed no matter what. Then there was the possibility that Roman knew who Anthony was and decided to kill him for leaving the rebels in exchange for money.
Anthony had devised two plans. If Roman put the gun down, kick his a** and cuff him. If Roman opened fire, run like hell and get back-up. Simple enough plans, but they both scared him.

"No, you're not just a traceur," Roman replied, aiming the gun at Quicksilver, "a traceur wouldn't go kicking in doors like a cop." Roman laughed slightly, "you must be thinking on how to get close to me." Taking a step closer to the room, counting his steps in his head. "But hand-to-hand combat is my forte, seeing as we're both traceurs, you must know a martial art -- meaning we're at a stand still." Backing up slightly, he listened to the noises in the background, "but I'll tell you why I didn't run, its cause in a matter of seconds, heavily armed men will come crashing in... and they aren't cops. Enjoy your murder charges." Roman turned around, firing two bullets at Quicksilver, and jumped out of the window in front of him, the seven story drop would be easy land. Rolling on his shoulder, he felt a slight pain, but he knew he had to keep going, the security detail wouldn't stop looking for traceurs just because they found a guy and a rifle in a room.
Hessler's men rushed through all the floors of the building, shooting through all the doors on the way up and down the building. Arriving on the seventh floor of the building, Hessler's men pointed their guns at Quicksilver's back, "Hold it right there!" said the armed guard in the lead. Crashing through the window, more guards rappelled into the room. "Silver hair, medium build," the guard yelled into his intercom, waiting for a reply.

She watched, a hidden and pained look upon her face, as Jon threw the man off the building. She quickly moved and took out the rest of them, her expertise in pressure points always came in handy, and went to stand beside Jon, who was still near the edge. "Although I hate the CPF, traceurs aren't supposed to kill unless threatened..." she said softly, her face sullen, looking down to where he had thrown the man... Where a father and husband had just gone down screaming to his death. She looked up at him. "It hurts when your parents don't come home," she said, her amethyst eyes looking deeply into his. She took a deep breath and chuckled. "Well, it can't be helped now... And the way you do things on jobs is none of my business," she finished, shrugging a moment, though the pain of the man's face as he fell was burned in her mind. Was that how her mother died, maybe? Or some other way?
She sighed and closed her eyes a moment. When her mother died, Brigitte had sworn to not take crap from CPF people... To not be weak and to fight against... Rebel... And get revenge. And she started off that way... A cold-blooded killing machine. Her sister even feared her... A lot of people did. And it stayed that way until she met a certain runner who did things a little differently. People referred to him as Ace, but he became one of her best partners to work with, other than her sister... And he taught her so much too. In fact, he was the one that convinced her that CPF were human too... That some of them did have family... That it wasn't right to kill and that change would come about. But he died on a job... And she lost the one man that she cared about most...
Turning back to Jon, she motioned for him to get ready to go. "C'mon... It's never good to hang around one place for too long, especially when the area is hot," she said in a voice that, once again, hid any sort of emotion. She had become hardened after having those closest to her get killed. But that's what life was like, wasn't it? Open up to only those closest to you... Keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Be careful. All these things she knew. And in exchange for these things, she knew that she had given up her ability to truly love. She figured, maybe it was gone forever...

Anthony turned around and flashed his CPF badge, "CPF Special Agent. I was following a lead on a group of traceurs. Now, gentlemen, if you want to question me, talk to my boss at CPF headquarters. I have a criminal to capture." he said, turning to follow Roman out the window. A big man pushed him back, "What are you doing? I am a CPF officer! You can't stop me from chasing a deadly criminal! I have half a mind to take you in-" he stopped short as the man aimed his gun at Anthony's head. Anthony glared at the smirking man.
"If we fought. One on one, no weapons, guns or otherwise, I would rip your ignorant head off." he said darkly. Anthony saw the man swing the butt of his gun around to hit Anthony in the gut. The smaller man quickly sidestepped the blow and smashed the man in the head, knees and ribs with the metal pipe he carried, "Don't mess with me!" he shouted at the large man on the ground. Anthony became aware that the others were aiming at him for a distance. They were scared of what he could do up close, so they hid behind their guns, "So who's running this party?"

"I am," smirked Hessler, entering the room behind his incompetent subordinates, "you can call me Hessler." Looking at all of the men in the room, now twiddling their thumbs trying to escape, while pretending to be useful, "Disperse, its the wrong guy, no pay raises for any of you." The men left the room as quick as possible, it had been a bad day for Hessler, and it would mean pay cuts. "Now then," Hessler chided the silver haired man in the room, staring at him with his dead eyes, "you sprung my trap a little early, so you're going to tell me what happened here."

Anthony raised an eyebrow, "I'm a special agent for the CPF, traceur gone cop. I track down traceurs they can't catch. I was tracking a group of them who gave the CPF some trouble earlier. Roman included. I cornered him right after he shot the rifle." he explained, eying the man suspiciously, "I was going to bring him into CPF custody when your friends ran in and stopped me. Here's my badge if you need it." Anthony pulled out his CPF badge and gave it to the man.
He watched the man. Hessler, he was a senator and a business man. So Anthony knew Hessler had some kind of opinion on traceurs, personally, Anthony didn't care what senators thought. They were usually old windbags with too much to say about one topic and not enough for another, "Sir, I do need to catch that traceur before he kills someone else." he said.

"On the contrary, you don't need to bring him in, he's my prey" Hessler joked, "you're a regular in the CPF, I'm sure you've heard of the Rangers, haven't you?" He walked towards the window, looking down towards the street, "he won't kill anyone else, unless he's ordered to. Now who's giving those orders, I want to find out -- among other things, he's also carrying something that belongs to me. So, we want him alive until we can find out who he's working for." Turning towards Quicksilver he held out his hand, "you seem like a capable man, I'd like to give you an offer, if you're interested in hearing it."

Anthony snapped to attention as soon as Hessler said the word 'offer'. He stared at the man, "What kind of offer? Are we talking money? What do you want me to do?" he asked. Money meant more to Anthony than catching the traceurs at this point. Anthony knew he should say no, go to CPF headquarters, quit, and join up with the rebels again. But the bad guys just paid so much better. He watched the senator, thinking about working exclusively for the man. He made a snap decision and gave the man a smile.
"I'll work exclusively for you if you want. As a bodyguard, errand boy, you name it." he offered, "The CPF doesn't give me enough freedom anyways." Anthony just wanted money, he didn't really care where it came from.
