He was going to regret this someday when Nightshade's FURY got his head, but for now... Wind-Cast Flurries nuzzled his muzzle against Memora.
"Deplorable? No, of course not." He said without hesitation. "Don't say such things."

Memora bristled when he nuzzled back but leaned into it; she just hadn't been expecting it.
"Then what's the problem?" she asked sincerely. "I can make my own choices, same as you."

Wind-Cast Flurries had a growl deep in his throat.
"You'll drive me crazy in no time," he murmured.

She was confused. That was a bad thing right?
Memora took a few steps away from him, creating a bit of distance between them, and was suddenly very cold.
"Am I making you uncomfortable?" she asked, a shiver racking her body.

"Oh... very." He said as he stepped forward after her and pressed his head against her neck, brushing it over her hair and nibbling on the ribbon there.
"You seem cold, my dear," he said, bushing his furry body against her side.

"A little." she admitted, reacting to the contact by leaning into him.
"But if you are uncomfortable why did you come to me just now?" she asked, her voice clearly expressing her confusion.

"A different kind of uncomfortable," he replied, laying his head against her neck while he glanced from side to side.

"Oh." was all she could think to say.
From the corner of her eye she noticed his peering around and blinked a few times, "Are you worried? He isn't here. You should know."

"Mmm..." was all he said as he nuzzled against Memora's neck. "Foolish Memora, staying out here with an old fox like me."
And no, he wasn't worried about his brother. He was probably chasing that mate of his around the bushes, or maybe his chase finished and he moved onto meal time.

She nuzzled back absentmindedly, her eyes narrowing slightly.
"You aren't old." she insisted. You're perfect.
"Wait. Wait." she pulled away again, staring intently towards Wind-Cast Flurries. "What is it, exactly, that we are doing, here?"

"It seems," he begun. "We went for a stroll under the moonlight, a race through the pasture, and now... we're enjoying eachother's company. You wanted to stay by my side, didn't you?"

"How long do you want to be there?" He questioned, as he stepped away from the pond so that he wouldn't accidentally end up in there with or without Memora.

Was he really asking? Or was he just humouring her?
She was silent for a good while, her eyes peering over the water.
"As long as you let me stay." she answered, finally.

Wind-Cast Flurries turned to Memora and with that dashing smile he replied, "Well, I can't say no to a beautiful lady."
