Marie laughed at his reaction. "What, the big bad vampire sent running over a little bit of human food?" she teased, hearing him call back from the window. "Yeah, since I'm up early enough. We should be able to get them to let you in without transcripts for the time being. Vampire charms and all." she added. The hash was done, so she poured the pan onto a plate, then started to make a couple of fried eggs that took no time. Once her food was done, she grabbed the ketchup, and a fork and took her plate to the livingroom to eat.

Bradley rolled his eyes and strolled back and forth, thinking. "Vampire charms?" He asked skeptically. Being able to sparkle wasn't going to help him at all. "Wait, there aren't any annoying cafeteria lunches like in highschool, right?" He questioned, hoping that he wouldn't have to sit and pretend to eat like he had heard some others had to. Which lead to another question that he dare not ask. What happens once college is over? Pretend to be a highschooler again?

Marie nodded while eating. She finished her mouthful before speaking again. "Yeah, making your eyes smoulder and stuff, its just for until I can get some documents forged. Shouldn't take too long to get that done." She explained before resuming eating. Once again, she waited until her mouth was empty to speak. "There are cafeteria lunches, but not all eat them, some go back home if they live with their parents, or have a place to stay like this, or go out to eat, so you can easily get out of that." She said, knowing it was probably a relief to him. It wasn't long before she was finished eating her plate, and she took it out and stuck it in the dishwasher, along with the rest of the dishes from breakfast and that were in the sink.

Bradley looked at her skeptically the entire time she spoke. "Smoulder? Huh?" He asked, now completely confused. He knew he could do things he shouldn't be able to, but nowhere in that was this 'smouldering' stuff. He sighed heavily when she said he could get out of the lunches, but his mind still stayed on the future. For the first time in a long time, he was actually timid about what might happen.

Marie started the dishwasher. "You seriously haven't done that, to anyone? My mentor showed me, its like humans doing the puppydog pout...except they are compelled to do whatever we want. Mine wouldn't be as strong as yours, I suppose..." She explained as she walked over to the couch, grabbed her long sleeved shirt and put it on. "Gah, forgot socks and shoes..." She said before running back upstairs to grab both and put them on. Her only class for the day was psychology, something she had taken back in high school, so it would be fairly easy.

Bradley still watched her with skepticism. "I've never needed to convince a human to do anything.. Is there any way you could... er.. explain how?" He asked, hoping that it could give them the edge they needed. Plus, it could come in handy later.

Marie was completely suprised that he had never done so before. She recalled the necessary technique as she headed back downstairs. "Hmm, well, the first things first." She said, walking down the stairs and over to him. "You need to talk in a soft voice, one that wouldn't scare a human." She said, demonstrating so by making her voice smooth and compelling. "And it helps if your eyes aren't black.." she said, continuing the voice as she stepped closer, dialating her pupils to where her eyes were more brown than black. "And you have to be really convincing, and an unfrightening smile helps too, it would have to soften your face.." She explained, hoping she was helping as she stepped closer once again. "You think you got it?"

Bradley watched her, recording everything she said and did for future recall. "And I'm supposed to be able to do that?" He asked skeptically, pretty sure he wouldn't be able to pull it off. Sure, girls could do it, but he doubted he could do the same, especially a disarming smile.

Marie nodded, stepping closer. Since he was so skeptical, she decided to see if she could convince him to try it. "Oh, comeon, it's really not that hard. Won't you at least try?" She asked, doing her best to use her abilities to get him to see if he could.

Bradley snorted, chuckling under his breath at her attempts to convince him. He figured he would have to anyway, as any advantage is a good advantage. "Fine." He said at last, blinking hard, and beginning his attempt. He dialated his pupils so the difference between the gold of his iris and the black of his pupil wasn't as pronounced. He softened his hardened face, but did not smile, and spoke in an incredibly soothing voice; one he had never quite used before. "I hope I'm not too horrible at this..." He said, his voice trailing off at the end, as he stepped closer towards her, his eyes straight into hers.

Marie's feet were rooted to the spot as he stepped closer. She hadn't figured that his attempts were due to her convincing, as she believed she wasn't strong enough to get such results with a full vampire. However, when he did attempt, it was perfect, and she found herself forgetting what he was talking about. "Too horrible at what?" She asked, dazed, looking into his golden eyes.

Bradley smiled softly, keeping his mocking inside of his head. Maybe he was good at it. He mentally chuckled at her reaction. So it works on half n halfs too. "Oh nothing, my dear, nothing at all." He said softly, again taking a step closer. He dare not break eye contact, as he wanted to get all of the "practice" he could.

Marie had a feeling that she knew what he had been talking about, but at the moment, couldn't think of anything. She also had a butterfly's in her stomach feeling that she couldn't place because all she could think of was how golden his eyes were, and that she was compelled to keep eye contact.

"Now, my dear, is there anything you'd like to say?" Bradley asked, his voice still smooth. "Or does a cat have your tounge?" He teased, his eyes still locked into hers. By no means would he take advantage of her, but he was deffinitely going to figure out how far this could go before she snapped out of it. All he could think was if it worked this well for a half-human, how extreme the result would be for a full human.

Marie shook her head, and that was enough to do it, she had closed her eyes and broken eye contact. Her face turned red before she looked back at him, sure to look just above his eyes, and not make direct eye contact. "Nope, no cat has my tounge...but you sure have that smouldering thing down, not suprised, even though it was your first time." She said before turning to grab her school bag and dump all but one book out while scolding herself mentally.
