As Arch took his break, Brody realized how low his 'tank' had gotten. If the match was going to go on any longer, he might just pass out. While he thought about this, he failed to notice Arch running at him, and was taken to the mat.

Arch sent some forearms to the face and then attempted a pin by hooking both legs, by wrapping both his arms around the legs and positioning a knee on the sternum, with the other leg having the shin pressed across Brody's jawline.

1....2....
As the ref's hand went down for the three, Brody was able to wrench his left shoulder off the mat, keeping this match alive for a little longer.

That did it, Arch was spent and had lost too much blood to have any more steam to continue and he struggled just to lift himself off the canvas, he was just too dizzy and everything was spinning.

Brody still had a good bit of steam left, but nowhere near enough to go on for much longer. He rolled onto his stomach and slowly began to get to his feet.

Archangel could only lay there, gasping and breathing.

About at the time he was on his knees, Brody looked at Arch, knowing he probably couldnt last through anything he would give him. Trying to show a bit of mercy, Brody made sure he was on his back and went in for the cover.

Arch was spent, but maybe he could try to reverse this into a pin over Brody, no.. The ref hits the mat for 1. Perhaps a counter with a submission?! The ref hits the mat for 2. How about a kick out at least?! The ref hit the mat for 3 and Arch had lost, with Brody picking up the win. Arch had ultimately failed on the very mission that he was supposed to do. Take the biggest man out first. And that man was Brody, yet he took everyone out, but Brody and left him as the last, just to be taken out. Let this be a lesson to himself.

Brody pushed himself off of Arch and onto his knees as his theme began to play through the sound system. He looked up to the celing and threw his arms out, excited that he had actually got the win for his team. He rolled himself out of the ring and reached back in for Arch, hoping to pull him out and get him stable.
