((eyes I want a direct pm about this, and two, not only shadow clones can use jutsu, there are plenty of other clones that can. smoke clones are chakra filled, meaning they can perform technique. and fenrir if i recall used a surperior smoke clone, a custom jutsu.))

My Eyes Are Open Fenrir Graveheart The handcuff zipped back into Hirose's sleeve as the ground opened up beneath him. However, instead of a great blast of freezing wind, nothing but a very faint wind echoed out from it. Hirose glanced boringly at Nitoru. "My turn." and punched himself in the stomach with a fist glowing with wind chakra. He opened his mouth to let loose a large and frightening wind blast at Nitoru, its power capable of clearing entire forestries. At the same time Hirose prepared himself to move in order to get the opening if Nitoru tried to dodge the blast.(Because of his clan and rank, there isn't a wind jutsu in the world that will harm Hirose. ((you just don't grasp things.....it is hunters rules....i got to apply by this made up demon crap,)) and so far, the only clone that used a jutsu, was a shadow clone..the rest were sloppy, and could barely fight....that is why it was a secret scroll that naruto took..cuss it is the only clone of it's ability ((but you can go argue with hunter about it if ya want))

I guess we're gonna have to make it mandatory that any custom technique you get accepted you have to add the info to your profile. And there are no corrupted mods, just mods with different opinions))

((Funny thing actually, it IS in my profile! It's been there for a while now. At least it's in the one in Cloud, which is the one I keep updated. I just figured nobody would take the long route of going through page after page in the starter section looking for my profile, which is what I'm assuming Eyes did because otherwise he's blind. The only thing I haven't added is those sound jutsu I just learned, I think.))

((i know im going to regret stepping in to this, but this not even about your fight, its about you crew members... alot of you guys are jerks and use your rank to throw it around in the guild. I have been apart of this guild since the beginning (you can ask blue) and you guys who become crew just throw what you have around like its a pissing contest. And make up so much custom s**t its unbelievable for us normal members... and you can get away with it because your crew. Please remember that there are us "normal" people playing too.))

((Well there's always gonna be that kinda problem with crew. Hopefully it just doesn't get out of hand. I know what you mean, though. I only just became crew like....yesterday? lol All of my custom stuff was accepted while I was still a member. Crew and members really need to learn to put their differences behind them though. Maybe we can develop a system where members can complain about crew abusing their powers without having to face any kind of punishment. That was the thing I really hated about NUR. It was like everything Crew said was right and set in stone. They thought only of themselves and abused anybody else who thought differently. Screw that. Members should speak their minds without fear of punishment if they want to. Just make it civilized and put it in a chatroom or something instead of clogging threads with ooc. Speaking of which...let's stop the ooc here and move to a chatroom.))
