The older male seemed to withdraw a little, unable to meet his gaze. "I understand. You don't know me. Not alot of people do - but it's never mattered to me before." He handed him the other kitten, and then hid in his hood again to try and dispell his blush.
He turned away from the other boy, and tried to regain his composure. "It's alright though - I'm not dissapointed. Hope is an illusion that I can't afford to have. Hope doesn't guide my eyes; doesn't make my bullets fly. Hope won't save anyone from me, let alone save me from me."
"I'm one of those strangers that offers candy and gives death instead."
Davey made a cute kitten noise, and continued to rub against her comfortingly. "I'm sure. She said she would, and she seems like the type to do exactly what she say's she will." He assured, and looked at her fondly, like a sister. "I promise - she'll come back."
((XD I'm REALLY enjoying playing Deitricht more than I am Davey.... He's smexy.)

Nana smiled in a giddy sort of manner as she swallowed one of the tasty mushrooms she had been selling that day. The fact that they caused strange hallucinations was also exciting. She could already feel the cyan pulse, which would soon be accompanied by the yellow buzz and hot pink nips. Yes, it was the attack of the colorblind hallucinations, alright. Nana giggled and rocked back and forth on her haunches. Then she sprang up, stumbled back and forth on the balls of her feet, and launched herself forward.
Right into a taller man.
He seemed to have been shouting at a little girl, so Nana was glad to have hit him in the knees. It also helped that he was one of her old clients, who had yet to pay her. There was the feeling of struggling, coming from him, but then he looked down at the giggling girl. "Giggle, wiggle, pop can fizzlggle!" It was one of her strange rhymes. People who knew her got used to them. She would break out in one of them every once in a while.

Henry's ears drooped a little. He reached out for the disappointed teenager, but instead was handed another furry mammal. He sighed, and juggled the two kittens as to set one of his hands free. Returning to his previous action, he grabbed Deitricht's shoulder, "Hey Rich," He said, which sounded more like a whimper. "Don't be so melancholy. I want to get to know you better." The Hare +Anima's heart pounded, he felt so brave to say something like that! "And besides, I never really liked candy anyways." He added with a small smirk.
(Dude, I would molest Dietricht irl. 8D)

Aisha looked at Davey nuzzling the turtle and she felt something in her chest, she never felt it before but it made her feel sad and she didn't know why. She looked away from them and then looked at the other members of the group, especially the rabbit with all of the kittens in his arms. She gave a small giggle at that sight and soon her sad feeling was gone, though it lingered back when she looked back to Davey and the turtle.
(Aww she's jealous already XD)

Davey's ears perked, and he looked back at Aisha. "Oh, I'm sorry - I kinda left you hanging, didn't I?" He asked, looking rather sheepish, and then torn. Should he continue to comfort the turtle girl, or should he cuddle the kitty chick? Would it really matter?
A smile took him then, a beam of sunshine on his overcast expression. He turned around, and gave the rabbit a smooch on the cheek. "Neither do I, Mein Häschen. Being born in All Hallows eve tends to be stressful. People always want to buy you candy, and have done." He sighed, and smiled again. "And please... my freinds call me Whistle."

She looked at him and then blushed a bit, looking down and saying. "It's okay..I don't mind really." She did want to be closer to him, but she didn't say it. She couldn't imagine saying something so embarrassing like that, and in front of others too! Her blush got even heavier when she remembered Mari's comment and she shook her head to get rid of it. She didn't want to be with him in that way! But a shred of doubt was in her head as she denied it. What if she really did like him? Would he like her back? She had been alone for two years, so she didn't want to be close to someone who didn't really want her, just like her parents.

Henry blushed as 'Whistle' gave him a small smooch. He touched the spot where his lips made contact and merely stared at the older, Germanic, boy as he talked. Wow, somebody actually likes me. Although, it is a guy, I've never had a relationship with a guy before. Wait a minute, do I even like guys? He responded to a Whistle with a nod as he spaced out into his own thoughts, until he realized he was still nodding after he stopped talking. Henry quickly snapped out of his stupor, "I'm sorry, I get lost in my own thoughts, but you were born on halloween? That's very interesting!" He exclaimed, as he put the kittens down. "Even though I do love small talk, shouldn't we begin searching for the princess? Well, once...uhh..umm..her sister comes back." He looked down at the ground, a little embarrassed that he forgot her name. He glanced up at Whistle again and smiled before looking away again.

Sally nodded-wiping the tears from her eyes. "O.K, I trust you, even though Ren says I trust to easy, I do trust you." She managed a smile and hugged him. She noticed Henry at a loss. "I'm Sally" She half whispered, subconsciously snuggling deeper into Davey.
Serrenedy had gotten into an argument, meaning, someone had said something, Sally hadn't been there and the constable was now locking her arms in cuffs. She sighed, it's take a few minutes for her to get re prosed, but they'd most likely kick her right out afterward. 'That stupid cat better make sure she's not crying' she cursed to herself in the townhall

Aisha looked to everyone in the group again and then she seemed to be thinking about something. Nodding, she said in her quiet voice. "Umm..Just where will we be traveling to? I've never been outside of the city so I don't know about any of the other towns or cities." She had always wanted out of this city, and she was glad that she had finally found an opportunity to leave.
(Been awhile since the last post so I thought I would do something at least <_<; )

((Sorry - I've been HELLA busy... Halloween is the season for BC shops, and I work at at least two of them...))
Deitricht looked playful, and patted the young girl on the head. "We'll travel wherever we must. In order to find the princess, we'll have to leave here. Are you looking forward to it - leaving this place behind?" He looked wistful for but a moment, before hardening himself again, passing a hand subconsciosly before his face as he put on his mask again - the mask he showed to the world to keep from getting close to others.
When he looked back at the hare, it was with this same coldness. "You're right. We need to be moving on. I'm sorry that I let my feelings get in the way of that." He softened just a little, but turned away again, and pulled out his gun, shining it while he waited for the winged sister to come back.
Davey swallowed loudly at the sight of the gun, and blushed even deeper at the girl's snuggling. "U-Ummm.... Sarah.... you're making my tail fluff....." He stuttered, and purred involutarily.

Mari's eye twitched involuntarily. A vein popped in her forehead. And she tried very hard to control herself. It didn't really work. But at least she tried. Crossing her arms and tapping her foot didn't help ease the rage that was slowly building up inside her like the lava in Krakatoa. And it was going to explode soon. "If Serrenedy isn't back in five minutes, we're leaving without her." The suppressed force of the voice emitting from Mari was frightening, and showed real threat about leaving. She would also probably be yelling at Serrenedy when she got back.
((Seriously, though, Serrenedy, we got things to do, places to go. Hurry your a** over here, or we really will leave you behind.))
