Eyes: A fiery mix of orange and yellow; they should glow slightly; it would also be lovely if you could give him an elongated pupil.
Main Body: Please feel free to grab the colours from the reference, as they are the colours I wish to see on him.
Main Body: The light, off-grey colour.
Ruff, hair, and tip of his tail: Colours and pattern like those on his wings, please; the tip of his tail shouldn't take up quite as much as the ref does, though.
Horns: [Editting pending on response from PM] but the dark blue, just like his horns will be fabulous.
Patterns & Extra Colors:
Overall: The ice-cracks you see on his body in the reference, of course, and feel free to vary the length and how large they are; colours should obviously mirror the ref, with the darker near the middle, lightening as they radiate outwards. For his tail, however, I prefer instead of on the reference, that they look somewhat like tiger-ish stripes, while keeping to the ice-crack theme, but seeming to come from the sides of his tail, instead of just running straight down along it.
Front/Back Paws: Using the charcoal gray in the reference, I'd love it if you could get the markings as close to the reference as possible.
Facial: I'd like to have the same charcoal mark as the one in his reference, but place it upon the more visible eye, and leave the farther eye blank. It's not a scar, but a marking~

Other Notes: I wished to have a Wish coloured in his memory, as I will never see him again (he's a stray and my mom's cousin is planning to send him to a shelter as no one in the area wants him). He is the sweetest cat I'll ever know. He knows no limit when it comes to affection. When he was a kitten (about four years ago), he got attacked by something and lost sight in his one eye, which is why it's clouded over.
