"Need some help finding her?" Hal offered. Wait.. Why was he asking to help? She was in the building, with a bunch of super-heroes. ...And the Joker. Yeah. Knowing where she was would be a good idea.

thanks but i'm sure you would like to get to know my older sister better than go and find my other half. any way it's better that i don't know where she is. she always seems to get me into truble any way. talma said as she heard hot n' cold come on and went to dance.

Sapphire smiled at her slightly, then turned back to Hal. "They get each other into an equal amount of trouble." she said, then looked around a moment. "So, um, do you want to go back and sit down, or..."
They could walk around to try and find the other one. Might even find someplace a bit quieter or something. Music usually gave her a headache if she was around it too much with it being this loud. Bit of a downside to powers revolving around mental abilities. Headaches weren't hard to cause.

Kara tensed, looking intensely uncomfortable. "... I don't know," she said quietly after several seconds, "Your mom and I... probably won't get along very well," she concluded diplomatically.
There seemed to be no visible reaction from Batman, although he did flip the next page of his magazine a little harder than was absolutely necessary. He'd forgotten that mind-reading often went hand and hand with magic.

Hal shrugged slightly, and said, "We could do that. Did you want to go look for your other sister instead?" The fact that the Joker was here had him a little concerned for the missing girl. The clown was no problem for him to handle at all, thanks to the power ring, but he'd still heard some of Bruce's Joker stories before. Innocent people had a LOT to worry about with Joker here.
Joker, seeing no reply from Terry, looked at Gossamer again and said, "Y'know, Goss, I think we're pressing buttons, but apparently Cosplay Bats graduated from the Batsy School of Stoicism, and with honors, from the looks of it."

Sapphire glanced around a moment, then smiled slightly. "Actually I would feel a bit better if I knew exactly where she was at." she said, pulling her mask out.
Rosie paused and looked up at Supergirl a moment. "I'm sure she won't mind. It's not like you're gonna hurt me or nothin'. You're a superhero ri-" she said, then trailed off. "Oh..." she said quietly, looking down at her cookie, apparently understanding why they wouldn't get along. "...yeah. Not a lot of superheros like my mom..."
"Well, perhaps if we could get his little lady friend an invite to the party, that could change a bit." Gossamer replied. "Or we could continue with having him pretend to ignore us since he seems so good at it."

"Alright, let's find her," Hal said. "What's her name, and what does she look like?" He raised the hand with the ring up again, and his uniform appeared again, his jacket on over it; he never allowed his jacket to change.

"Madalyn. Goes by Maddy too." she replied, pulling her mask back over her head. "In costume, just a gray ninja outfit. Out of costume...red hair, probably pixi cut still, and blue eyes." she continued, tucking her hair into her mask.

"Maddy. Got it," Hal said. He took off his jacket and folded it up, then sat it on a chair by a table. No one would steal an aviator's jacket. Even Joker considers himself an American criminally-insane psychopath. If Joker won't do it, who would? Emerald energy closely surrounded Hal, and he rose into the air, the ring allowing him to fly. "Let's go."

Sapphire smiled a bit as he rose into the air. "Man that would come in handy. Better than jumping from building to building." Webswinging was really more Spidey's thing, and she didn't want to copy it. Besides, she tried it once. Actually wore her out quicker than running and jumping did.

Hal smiled. "Maybe I'll take you on a little trip with me one day. Lantern Air. But right now, let's find Maddy. I'll take the upstairs." He floated across the room, and to the stairwell.
