"In other words, Kokujo doesn't know jack else about it, now lets get some bears and some MGs and go kick a**! I have Nuke on a 25 kill streak!" Corbenik said energetically. "Is that another reference to that peculiar 'Shooter of first persons' you've been wasting your time with recently?" "The best thing about real life is that team-killing is always turned on" Corbenik said gleefully as he ignored Kokujo's question.

Kokujo sighed and directed his attention back to Kold "......hmf, I read a lot of books, and I've been around for quite a while. I've seen a lot of....interesting things" came his typically vague reply.

Hmm...Interesting. 666 Techniques. I'd hate to be on the receiving end of Technique #5.
*Kyla knocks her fists together a couple of times*
Well, let's keep going then! I'm sure we've got a lot of ground to cover before we get to Yokoshima, mew mew.

Raiden transforms the Ashura's soul item into armor for the time being. The little purple goat looks around boredly.

Those must be some difficult abilities to get your hands on.

*Kyla's tail twitches as she watches the pattern*

Hmm...looks tricky. But I suppose, you might be able to see the next platform that'll appear just before the light goes away. We're all pretty light on our feet. If we're careful it should be ok, mew mew.

*Shade stays firmly on Kyla's head, while Ichigo clamps onto her back. Kyla moves very cautiously from space to space.*

Corbenik scratched his head "Whoever made this place had waaaay too much free time. Y'know, if this place was a little less filled with death, and maybe with a little less massive pit of doom, this room could be used for some wicked rave parties" Corbenik grinned.

".....hmf, irritating obstacles" Kokujo mumbled. He had a plan however. He concentrated, reaching out for the abundant shadows in the lightless areas of the room and gathered some of their energy around his left arm. He suddenly pushed it forward, causing a long tendril of darkness, about the width of Kokujo's arm, towards one of the pendulums as it swung towards him. Ad the tendril neared the bar of the pendulum it's end morphed into a simplistic hand shape to latch on, Kokujo using this to swing himself up on to the pendulum himself, waiting for the right moment to make a similar moves to carry him to the next one.

This way he didn't need to worry about the pit in the floor, but still had to keep a watchful eye on the patters of the side lights, so he didn't unexpectedly run into a wall while jumping pendulums.

Corbenik sung happily.

*Kyla can't help but giggle at Kokujo, since she's never seen him stumped when it comes to shadowy stuff. She pulls down her eyelid and slaps her butt at him cheekily*
Uh oh! Kokujo broke the rules! Looks like we're gonna beat him, mew mew!

*The floor vanishes from under her. Kyla squeaks in terror, but Shade thinks fast. He morphs into his larger form, and shoots out a long shadowy arm, grabbing onto another platform. He drags Kyla onto it, then reverts to his smaller form, apparently out of breath and terrified*

Heh...thanks Shade...

*the shadows grab shade and bind him at the end of the tunnel. This is inconvenient, however, it gives a hint where the exit is. The shadows also move Kyla back 1 block, giving her a chance to retry.*


*Kold was very close to Kyla, but was moved back farther than her as a penalty for trying to levitate, an in turn: cheat. This place must have been designed with variables in mind. Right now, Kyla is closest to Shade, and the exit.*
