Well, you see, that's a bit of a conundrum there, because he was remanded into our custody, so technically, his base is OUR base. So, he wouldn't really be stealing the property, he'd be taking it back to it's proper place and locking it up, which would probably call for pats on the shoulder and a 'good job' or two.
