I think Merope because Tom Riddle deserved to have one parent in his life, and maybe if his mom was around, then he wouldn't have became Voldemort.

That's hard because I hate them both, but if I had to save one, then it would Rita Skeeter, because she is just annoying because almost everything she writes is lies. Umbridge is just plain evil and cruel.

Definitely Fleur. I've actually always really liked Fleur. She is a smart witch and she does love and care for Bill. Cedric, well as Voldemort put it, is a spare. He's not needed in any way shape or form. At least, that's my opinion.
