It depends... I can see him as both. With Naruto I can see him as a same but an uke with Sasuke...But I also think he would be into bondage and in that case he would always be the same...oh well he's sexy either way.

Well, I can easily see Gaara both as a top and as a bottom. Depends on the partner he's with.
Purely practically I think he'd be a seme; considering the sand that protects him from harm.

I think Gaara is uke, He need taught, making me think he is uke, plus in any (loving) relationship he would be akeward and confused... I think it would be hard to be seme... (I am talking in bed, personalities for me aren't clasified by Uke and seme except in extreme cases,)
With Naruto... Naruto would be eager to show how he felt... and the typical seme doesn't do that, but they make the first move... I can't see Gaara being affectionate in the very beginning... Naruto... He doesn't care... he is pretty open in my opinion.
With Sasuke.... This would be an issue as both of them would want to be seme... I think Gaara would end up Uke though...

I cannot see Gaara as an Uke. I've seen many good pictures where Gaara is Uke to Lee's Seme, but get me with GaaNaru and everybody says "Naruto's a natural uke!".
Gaara is so seme. He sports it off. That's why he is coooool. Cause he's smexy. And Seme-worthy.
