Laughing, the Crystal Goddess returned her gaze to Karoku. "So very much like your brother you are... I'm sure you would put up just as much of a fight as he did..." She tilted her head, eyes narrowing, suddenly going sad. "And so very much like your ancestor in looks the two of you are..." She stepped back and clapped her hands, looking cheerful. "Alright then, I've decided!" She pointed dramatically at Karoku, obviously enjoying the moment. "I shall make you mine..." Laughing, she turned from them and began striding towards her crystals. "Be careful, my little prince, next time you take on wolf form I might just be there to sieze control over your mind..." Chuckling in a manner decidedly devious, she melted into her crystals, and the lights went dim and the dissolved into dust.

The moment she was gone, Enya unfroze from her spot, ducked through Fenrir's arms and dashed over to Karoku, looking rather worried and a lot terrified. Fenrir, for once, wasn't jealous, because he to had run across the room to ensure his brother's saftey.

Glancing back at Fenrir for only a split second, Enya moved up to Karoku and plopped down right beside of him. "You're going to have to let me heal you. You're going to bleed to death if you don't." She told him, her face stern, this time not asking but demanding. Worried as well about his brother, Fenrir followed after Enya, but he decided that he might as well... grinning, he sat down heavily on the floor at Enya's feet and leaned back, resting his head on her legs.

Enya twitched slightly and glanced down at Fenrir, arching an eyebrow at him, she opened her mouth, frowned, appeared to think for a moment, and instead turned back to Karoku. "I have no idea." She told him, looking slightly confused. She shook her head and the put both hands on one of Karoku's arms, closed her eyes, and focused; within the next moment both of her hands glowed blue, the light fading into his skin to heal the wounds. Once done she went to put her hands back into her lap, only to find Fenrir's head there; so instead she absentmindedly started playing with his hair and ears, though she appeared to not notice anything off.

Smiling contently and smugly to himself, his tail thumping rather hard on the floor, Fenrir tilted his head back so head back so he could crack open an eye that had slipped closed to look at his brother. "So, how does it feel to know one of the scariest women on the planet wants you?" He asked in a low voice, and his eyes closed again. Slightly annoyed with him, Enya yanked a hair from his head. Both of his eyes shot open and he jumped, shooting a glare her way, but she only smiled at him and continued to patting his head.

Growling lowly, Fenrir made an honest attempt at stopping his tail, but it wasn't something he could control, so instead he just continued growling to himself. He couldn't taunt Karoku back, either, or else Enya might pull another hair... or worse; she could stop. Enya, on the other hand, was giggling slightly, a sound she didn't normally make unless she found something cute, which also didn't happen very often either; it was most likely Karoku's sneeze that did it, which just made Fenrir even more unhappy. With a long sigh, Fenrir resigned himself to being, shudder, nice. "Well, if it makes you feel any better, if she does manage to get you, we'll be right here to bring you back." He offered, then made a little sound of protest when Enya stopped playing with his ears, only to sigh happily when she instead started scratching.

"Right now Caiden and my brother and sister are working to find a way to defeat the Crystal Goddess," She said, sounding a bit wistful and sure that they would succeed. At the mention of the name Caiden, Fenrir let out a long growl and clenched his fists, the claws of his gauntlets dragging across the stone. Enya flinched at the sound and pulled Fenrir's hair again, "And just what is wrong with that?" She demanded in an angry voice, glaring at him. "Caiden." He snarled as way of explination, and once more annoyed, Enya crossed her arms and turned her head resolutely away from Fenrir, ignoring him.

Slightly pink, Enya clamed completely up until Karoku had moved away, after that she took a deep breath and patted the snarling Fenrir on the head to calm him down. "I suppose we don't have much choice, huh?" She asked, and immediately Fenrir muttered, "Oh, we have plenty of choice. We could kick him out..." He growled under his breath, but regardless he stood and moved away, visably sulking. 'She wants to pay special attention to Karoku, let her... I don't care...' He moved over near the campfire Auso was setting up, then plopped heavily down, arms and legs crossed, the fur on his tail raised while his ears were slicked back.

Enya spared Fenrir a glance before she let out a long sigh and stood. "I should probably start healing those wolves now..." She said by way of explanation, but she moved towards Cyrille instead of towards one of the Maolna who were still passed out. She opened her mouth to say something, but blushed darkly and closed her mouth, shook her head, and then looked down. "Go talk to him." She said instead of what she had been about to say, and then she walked towards one of the Maolna. Confused, Fenrir glanced over to see who Enya had been talking to, and then he frowned, even more confused. 'Isn't that the girl Karoku had been looking at during our fight?'

Enya started laughing, she just couldn't help it; she clutched her stomach and bent over, laughing hard, tears prickling up in her eyes. Almost as soon as she had started, Fenrir threw his head back and started laughing as well, his whole body shaking. Clapping, Enya straightened herself and fell into a fit of giggling, a large smile almost cracking her face in two. "I needed that!" She laughed, while Fenrir let out a long sigh, "Hoo, boy... Now that was funny..." He chuckled and grinned at Karoku, then turned his gaze to Cyrille and smiled brightly, his mood for once something other than angery or sullen, "I thank you, my lady." He said as he gave an overly dramatic bow.

Meanwhile, Enya had managed to calm down enough that she was only smiling in an unusually happy way. "Poor Karoku..." She laughed, shaking her head, with a sigh she turned away, still shaking with silent laughter, and began to heal the four passed out wolves.

Fenrir let out a yelp of surprise as the rock struck him in the face, and though he didn't fall over like Karoku had, he did have an over reaction, as he litterally backflipped and landed in a crouch, golden eyes wide with shock. "You!" He snarled, and he would have most likely begun to pick a fight if it hadn't been for the fact that Enya, finally done healing the last of the four wolves, chose that moment to pass out from over excersion. Immediately Fenrir's mind went from, "must kill enemy mode" into "must protect Enya mode" which, truth be said, were the two modes of thought Fenrir frequented; he practically flew across the room to where Enya had fallen down.

For the moment, Fenrir was too worried over Enya to even care who had her or who didn't only that she seemed to be waking up. Ears slicked back, Fenrir leaned in and watched her face carefully, holding his breath, waiting for her to open her eyes. "Mmm... ughnnn..." Enya mumbled, and then without warning she reached up and practically smacked Karoku in the face. "Put me down, Fenrir, stop being inappropriate." She murmured, and Fenrir let his breath out in one huge sigh. "Hey Enya, Karoku's got you, not me." He explained, feeling the slightest bit smug that Karoku just recieved a blow that would have otherwise been meant for him. "Hmmm?" She moaned slightly as she cracked her eyes open, and then, to Fenrir's utter disappointment, she apologized for what she had done.
