For some reason the forom keeps denying my post so here's the last thing I wrote for the rp... "You'd ike that wouldn't you? No, I'd prefer to go home right away, but you're always welcome to stay. My bed is big enough for the both of us." Mao smiled and gazed down at the city below. "Considering I live on the other side of town, we've still have a way to go. I live in the apartment complex near the mall. I assume you know where that is at least." It won't let me go on to th 8th page, but I don't know if it's a problem on Gaia's part or on mine.
((Gaia's problem. I just tried to post and it said it was successful before saying 'Database Error'.))
Nathan hid his slight blush at the idea of sharing a bed with Mao, nodding. "Yeah I know where that is... I think. Don't worry though, I'll find where you live even if I don't know exactly where the mall is!" he reassured his passenger, smiling reassuringly. Looking down to the city, he recognised the shortcut he took to the mall every now and then and veered off to follow that route.
((I guess we continue it here then)) "Once you see the mall then look for the huge white building. My room is on the third floor," Mao replied. He inhaled the cool night air and took a moment to admire the scenery.
Nathan inclined his head and started towards the huge white building that Mao said was where he lived. "That one there?"
"Yeah. Ugly isn't it?" ((We both need to do better than this! =())
Nathan agreed silently, circling a little too close to the wall as he attempted to land on the roof. Too late he thought to ask whether or not he actually could land there. Before he could his eyelids drooped and they dipped a tad. "Sorry!" he gasped, eyes bursting open as he lifted them. "Remind me, is it possible to land on your roof?"
"Doesn't matter whether it's okay or not. Do whatever you want, but just remember, we still have to get inside." Mao observed as Nathan made an attempt to land. Things actually turned out better than he had hoped as Nathan came in for a not so rough first landing. When they were both finally on the ground, Mao sighed and handed Nathan the keys to his apartment. "You find a way to get there and you open the door. I feel like my arms are about to fall off.
((Finished adding it all in!))

"Will do! But I won't let you stay here: I'll carry you to your front door, gently rest you on the ground, and then unlock the door!" Nathan assured him, smiling as he put Mao down slowly. "Which number are you?" he asked, uncertain.

"226" Mao replied. "I'm going to warn you right now... You might get attacked as soon as you open that door. I'm a man, so I don't tend to clean up as well as I should."

Nathan smirked. "Well, I guess that means I'll just have to clean up after you before I go home, hmm? Now I propose that we head down there with your arm around my neck. If you're worried that people will think we're a couple then you can act drunk." Nathan suggested, already moving Mao's arm carefully into position.

"I don't care if they think we're married," Mao replied. "I just want to get down there so I can lay down and go to sleep."

Nodding, he spread his wings and flew off with Mao firmly in his grasp. He circled around slowly getting lower as he searched for Mao's room. "Don't worry: the glass won't hurt you since my wings can wrap around you when we break through!" he assured Mao cheerfully, watching where he was going. Obviously, he figured that between the two of them they would somehow be able to mend the huge broken window that he was intending to cause. It didn't occur to him that they might not be able to mend it.

"You break something, you pay for it." Moa watched Nathan's every move closely. "If you do what you're supposed to then everything will be fine. I don't think it takes much effort to land."

Nathan rolled his eyes, but knew he didn't have that kind of money. So instead he circled Mao's floor, looking for an open window. Luckily the one he found led onto the stairwell, so he pushed it open without letting go of Mao, then landed on the widest step. "Don't worry, we only have a few steps to go up!" he assured Mao, folding in his wings and walking until he came to Mao's landing. "Please can I have your keys?" he requested, standing in front of Mao's door.

Moa slipped his hand into his right pocket and took the set of keys out. "Here," he said handing the keys to Nathan. "Make sure to turn the lights on before you step on anything in there."

Nathan unlocked the door, carefully balancing Mao as he reached for a light switch - not that he needed it really: his eyesight was excellent, even in the dark - and entered. Once inside, the angel swiftly moved to the bedroom, placing Mao in the centre of the bed with care. "Now, time for you to rest. What can I make for you to eat? Do you need a glass of water, and should I help you to undress?" he asked, trying to be briskly serious, yet blushing fiercely at the idea of helping such a gorgeous man to undress.

Mao smirked. "Well, if you insist... I'd like to take an herbal bath if you know how to prepare it. I'm not really that hungry, but there should be some food in the fridge if you want some."

Nathan eyed him speculatively. "How about we come to an arrangement? I'll make you my most wonderful herbal bath - I've had to help some very smelly people to bathe in my time, so I know how to make one with my own added flourish! - as long as you agree to eat whatever I can make you. I don't want you to faint on me!" He didn't realise that he'd just admitted to seeing many people naked, smelly or otherwise, because to him it was an innocent thing that he did to help people. He wasn't interested in them and he didn't consider whether or not they found him attractive.

"Aside from the slight smell of blood, I don't think I smell all that bad. And demons don't really need to eat all that much, but fine. I'll eat, but you'll have to not only prepare the bath, but help me bathe as well. I honestly don't think I can lift my arms up all that much anyway." He gave Nathan a genuine smile without even noticing it. It had been the first time Moao had actually smiled since his mother passed away.

Nathan nodded, satisfied. "I can do that - do you happen to have sponges, a flannel or something else? Otherwise I'll just have to be extra careful to make sure that my nails don't hurt you..." he told Mao, smiling back. "And for the record, I didn't say you smelled: I said I'd washed other people who did." He headed for the door. "Which one's your bathroom?" he called over his shoulder.

"Door on your left!" Moa called back. He sighed and stared up at the celing. For some reason, it felt as if it had been ages since he had someone around to take care of him. In all actuality, he had always been the type to subconsiouly depend on someone else to look out for him because on his own he was far too stubborn and careless; a trait he had inharited from his father.
