Tier wasn't sure how to answer Kwubara's question. The Medical Center was still under construction and it had no employees right now.
"You'll have to head to the Main Dojo by the tram. It will be leaving on time soon, so gather your belongings and come with Tier."

Following the man's orders, Kwubara gathers up most of his thing but is still wandering where his companions wandered off to.

Tier made his way to the tram and boarded it. It was ready to make its departure to the Main Dojo in five minutes.

What was that fighting style back there? I've never seen it before and trust me I've seen a lot of fighting styles. Kwubara asked as he got on the tram.

The tram started to move as the five minute deadline passed.
Tier was looking out the window as he replied to the man's question.
"It was a Crow Technique. Not native to these lands."

"TIER KRAHE, ist meine name. The main teacher of this Dojo's name is suppose to be Tutsumi, but Tier doesn't know where he could be at this time.
As for your pets, Tier will keep an EYE out, kukuku."
Tier chuckled at his own pun as the tram started to speed up drastically towards the Main Dojo.

In front of the dojo doors a large bag full of items from the dojo that was destroyed before this one was built.
"ATTENTION ALL GNA MEMBERS." The Loud intercom spoke.
"DUE TO RECENT CIRCUMSTANCES I REALIZE WE ARE NOW IN PRESSING TIMES. I KNOW, IMPLORE YOU ALL TO HEED THIS ADVICE, AND TAKE ON YOUR DUTY TO DEFEND THE ACADEMY. SOON, YOU WILL BE CALLED TO COMPLETE CERTAIN MISSIONS, PERTAINING TO THE DEFENSE OF YOUR HOME, AND YOUR LIVES. THIS IS KAIMEN, OVER AND OUT."

After a long and heated conversation they came to an agreement. Haveing solved that problem he gets to building a new fountan. He first gather sand and builds the design. Then he run electrcity though the sand and turns it in to glass.
He gave it a wide circler base. The middle section is smaller but it lets the water overflow the sides. The top is where the water shoots out in four different directions. The water lands in the next step then overflows creating a waterfall that lands in the bottom where the water is pumped back up to the top to start over.

A deafening screech tears through the air, seemingly coming from all sides. The noise is tangible, sending shivers through the body and knocking lesser creatures to the ground as it threatens to shatter even the most well-tempered glass. The sound only lasts a few seconds, then is followed by a few seconds of silence, and finally a roaring cacophony of birds flying overhead, headed north, blocking out the sun in black splotches. The clouds far to the South are dark and twisted.

Tier arrived at the Mizu Dojo by the tram as he exited. He heard the ear piercing screech from above and noticed the birds flying away from possible danger down south.
"YES SKY, TIER IS EXCITED ALSO, KEKEKE."

Tier entered the Mizu Dojo and noticed that the fountain was now repaired. It looked like the original before it was destroyed but some details were off.
So he did keep his promise.
