if you have a wild top hat (Wonderland or Skittles crazy core)
plus your Ouran jacket..
worn together with some striped ring-leader style pants
and some dark boots or Zebra print shoes--
it just wild enough to combine all the elements of what you are looking for

II-Hunny Senpai-II Hunny looks side to side then realizes a cute shop with many costumes. "Ooh!!! Hee hee look at all the costumes!" (I sent you a donation trade with some extra stuff I have to help - good luck smile )

Hmm....::Goes into the changing room and tries on a few different things. After several minutes, I emerge in a rather fashionable costume I believe:: How does this look Miss Elisa? The hakama pants from the samurai cosplay didn't quite work out, but I took a flashy military top with your silver tassles and combined it with the police cosplay pants that Tamaki-Sempai wore during the incident with Kirimi-chan, and I found some rather stylish zebra shoes. Also, I couldn't find a Tamaki-style Alice in Wonderland hat, but I found a classic Time Piece hat in the corner. Does this look acceptable for the party?

I also found this cute cat tail and this elegant violin. I think they give me an air of charm, don't you think? And I can't believe you have a neverending rain of cherry blossom petals in your store too. You have it all here!

Well the event is scheduled for Saturday evening at 7:00 pm in the Third Music Room. All students are invited! You should definitely go! I could use a good dance partner.

::Thanks Elisa, pays for the outfit, and attends the party. Later I return to thank her:: Wow Miss Elisa, the party was a smash! I was crowned "Most Stylish Male" and I had a great time, that is, until the Lobelia girls crashed the party. From there, it all went downhill. But still, thank you so much for all your ideas and help. I can't wait to come back and use your supreme services again! I was hoping to see you there though. Perhaps next time.

Noticing Hikaru's actions she assumes she might have come on too strongly::Here I can put together a costume... we have items to complement existing pieces or I'd be happy to put together a custom order as simple or as elaborate as you'd like. ::feeling herself ramble, she blushes::why don't I give you a few minutes and I'll check in with you? ::Eliza had the commoner-aspect in common with Haruhi at least; back in the USA she was from the middle class area of New Orleans - she was still "poor" by Ouran standards.:: :: Fortunatly, E's imagination and creativity made the store a perfect "fit". Sadly, it was not as popular as she would have liked even after showcasing some of her ideas at two events already::
