Biggest pet peeve has gotta be attention whoring, like when someone makes a character have a sad past that isn't thought out and has so many holes, then they have some disease, then they are being hunted, then they are tragically shy and terrified, then they got a serious injury. It's just like. BE REALISTIC.

It sucks when you make an RPC that to go with the RPC's past and personality you only have one option at times, such as attacking a god-level NPC before it leaves, or being too pathetic to do much. Just whenever your RPC backs you into a corner in a situation.

I think the problem only occurs when we make our RPCs too un-god-mod-ish, or when we follow the rules/description without looking at the other profiles and 10 pages of the RP.

Godmodding. And auto-hitting. And people who think they can't be beaten. And people who give thier characters abilities that weren't even in thier bio.
And the fact that all of those are more or less the same doesn't make me hate them any less.

I hate how EVERYONE has to have a sad past for something -.- half the time it doesn't make sense... I have 1 char with a sad past and he's only got abandonment issues... (if that makes sense to u..)

two of mine kinda do... one ran away because she didnt want to hurt her family and the other has a vengance for his ex-girlfriend's cousin who killed his little brother

Hanixi had a girlfriend but then he died... and when he got brought back he couldn't have a girlfriend so he dumped her and she went on a rampage... Somehow this rp has gone very well with my character XD

Personality: Has good intentions but doesn't always express them properly. Won't pass up a fight if the opportunity presents itself, unless it's with a girl, he "wasn't raised like that."
Story: He doesn't like to talk about his past and only his cousin Nathan knows the whole story. His younger brother, Jackson was killed by his ex-girlfriend's cousin, Ronnie (a vampire). Ronnie and Vanessa (his ex) were really close, almost like sisters, and when Devin broke up with her, she committed suicide. Ronnie got pissed and decided payback was nessesary. Ronnie ran after the incident and Devin and Nathan have been searching for her for five years. He really hates Ronnie because of what she did. He's openly expressed his dislike for vampires but the only one he truly hates is Ronnie, though he doesn't entirely trust them.
