But as an alternate, you can have the Naruto anime reference with the eyes thing but, it has to be original. Just change it up a little like that NAME, and the details of what the power can do other than similar powers to the Sharigan. There, problem solved and alternatives added.

Name: Flederlanze Age: Unknown, assumed to be 13 Classification: Cosmic Being Blood Type: N/A Weapon(s): Flying Anvils. Assorted weapons. Location: N/A Background/History: Originally a normal human being who had the skill of being quite analytical and calculating, jotting down various ideas and understanding various thought experiments and equations of sorts. However he was very reclusive. Flederlanze’s father would often mock his talents and abuse him in various ways, saying that he would never amount to anything. His mother existed somewhere out there in the world, leaving after seeing her husband’s corrupt and evil ways. Tired of this life and of the pain he received from his father, he ran away to away to try and find his mother, hoping to experience love again… Meanwhile, remnants of the Xond’yas’ dark energy had spread throughout the cosmos after his destruction at the hands of an unknown hero. However, a small amount of it’s dark matter had some sentience and, through time, reformed in to a small, yet powerful ghostly entity. It then traveled through space, searching for some one to contain his power, at it was even too overwhelming for him. It eventually found it’s candidate. …Flederlanze, who had been traveling for days without any food, do to his own thoughtlessness, was now in a forest, dying of hunger. He had no survival skills whatsoever, so he couldn’t hunt or harvest some food from the plentiful forest. He collapsed, his glazed eyes staring at the sky, grasping at the last bit of hope he had of finding his mother. His life was about to fade away, when suddenly all things stopped moving, even time itself. All his hunger and thirst had faded away with the appearance of Xond’yas. The wraith-like entity was floating above him, observing the very nature of his soul. Xond’yas then flew at him, passing right through him and dragging him into an empty space, lined with stars of sorts. It appeared to be a sort of pocket dimension. Xond’yas gave him the opportunity to continue living, through his power, or die as he was meant to. Flederlanze was troubled by this, but eventually agreed to live. Xond’yas overtook him, invading his mind, showing Flederlanze all the disturbing evils that both man and animal could ever do, flashing by like a freight train, as if he were experiencing each and every evil act one-by-one, in rapid succession. Despite being of pure soul, his mind couldn’t take the maddening evil, and his mind became fractured, but was not destroyed. He still retained his personality and intellect. This kid, however ordinary, was now transformed into something beyond that of man. His sleek hair had spiked up and his eyes became distorted. His gloomy demeanor faded, replaced with a near-permanent smile. He knew, now that he knew of and experienced every known evil in his mind, he could finally live life happily. Flederlanze had now become a merging of the chaotic power of Xond’yas and the intelligence of his own mind. Flederlanze was sent back to the forest he was dying in, though another portal. He learned of his new abilities as he journeyed throughout the land. He eventually found his mother, who lived on an island , but she was horrified at what Flederlanze had become. She ran once again, fearing her only son, who she once loved. In a fit of uncontrollable power, he annihilated the island, destroying everyone, including his mother before they had a chance to react or in his mother case, escaped. He wanted her to stay, instead he left leaving him alone once again. He simply floated above the now crippled landmass, his smile never wavering. However, a tear slid down his cheek. He learned of something that he could never express normally again, that was sadness. He decided to head back to his father, who would probably admire him now that he had power. He found him, only for his father to call him a freak and try to dispose of him. This was foolish, though. Flederlanze simply sent him to the dimension he had been reborn. After about 2 second, he returned him to this plane of existence, his father returned dead, with a look of immense fear permanently transfixed on his face. Seeing as he had nowhere else to go, he returned to the pocket dimension where he was formed, saddened that his rebirth robbed him of all his emotions except joy. Xond’yas, who couldn’t coherently express his emotions, as no one could perceive them, simply left him to his own devices, but observed him as Flederlanze trained himself. Through practice, he learned how to control his power better and learned of the vast knowledge of space and how to bend it to his will. He also learned of pocket dimensions and dimensions outside the known universe. He also regained, a majority of his feelings, excluding sadness and anger. Content with how far he had come from his previous life, he left the pocket dimension and now journeyed across the land once again, learning of what else, the world and space itself had to offer. Personality: He appears to be constantly happy. He is also delusional, uttering strange incoherent phrases. He is rather scatter-brained, and is distracted very easily. However, he is still very calculating and, combined with his techniques makes him an unpredictable threat. Likes: Cartoons, His Sandals, Exploration, Trading Cards, Screwing with people’s logic using his own logic, Hot Springs, Color Bars on TVs, Chocolate Mint Ice Cream. Dislikes: Wet Cereal(eats cereal and milk separately), Toasters, Curtains, Plastic Cups, Static on TVs. Traits: ~Doesn’t need to breathe(when in space) ~Can float in the air when necessary ~Can’t feel pain all that much. ~Is androgynous, due to his chaotic, cartoon-like nature(Refers to himself as “he,” though.) ~He holds back his power when using his abilities only when he needs to, but is constantly at full power and exudes and intense aura that few can see or feel. ~Despite his appearance, he is rather intelligent, using physics to bend space to his needs and predict incoming attacks. Attacks: ~His sleeves turn into voids, in which he can store various objects of varying sizes. ~He can turn his sleeves into cannons, where he can fire out random things from bombs, to sharp objects, to flying anvils. ~ Can place portals on himself to redirect attacks or place a portal on himself and place a portal elsewhere to appear elsewhere after avoiding an attack. Also uses this to travel to different dimensions and/or space ~Flederlanze has a rather dashing monocle, which allows him to fire energy beams from a distance by focusing solar rays into it. He can even focus ultraviolet and infrared beams at will. Also gives him a British accent. ~Is essentially a living cartoon and therefore, is capable of all the feats a cartoon character can achieve, allowing to overwhelm opponents or severely agitate them. Special Attacks: ~Can trap an opponent in a storybook, which explodes a few minutes later. ~Can bind an opponent with his sleeves, and explode with them using a stick of dynamite. During the explosion, he escapes relatively unharmed, by escaping through a portal he makes. ~ Can send one to dimensions outside the known universe, using portals. Those who come back become babbling, crazed beings and can’t explain what they have experienced. ~Can summon Xond’yas to the earthly plane of existence for combat or support.

Okay um.......what the hell is this about? Hehehe... Something I have planned for later. Hey can your draw Spyther? I would like to see that I could... for a price... razz
