Seeing the one man vanish Ami's eyes grew wide, she had seen shunpo in action during her short career within the schooling academy performed by one of the professors. However this time, she wasn't even able to follow where the man went. Yamoto had simply vanished from view completely, it was something she didn't think about, but it made sense now, the more skilled a person was at the flash jump the faster they'd be able perform it. Looking down she realized just how deadly the captains where. Looking back up, it would take nothing for a captain to destroy a whole horde of hollows in a matter of seconds.
Then as she was in mid though Maxi vanished as well. Just within the same second she felt a hand, and Maxi's voice behind her. Nearly jumping out of her skin, and reacting before logic sank in, she swung her hand closest to him, palm first directly at his groin followed by a loud yet short scream. In the same motion she spun to face the man who scared her.

"I can understand being frightened, but what if your assailant was a women?" Maxi asks as her hand smacks into his left arm, which he had secretly been moving up to tickle her with. Feeling the movement in her shoulder and deciding it best not to dislocate it, Maxi released his light grip while sliding his body back a half step. "So. What are you doing in the SQUAD OF TOMORROW!!!?" He shouted the last bit for effect, though it could technically be true.
"Well no time for that now. I must take my leave." He smiles and then teleports them both out of the lab, and squad for that matter.

As the man instinctively defended himself Ami couldn't help but feel a cold chill ride up her spine. Blinking up at him nervously she attempted to swallow the lump in her throat. Maxi spoke she quickly pressed herself against the wall folding her arms under her bust as a security stance. Shaking her head she spoke meekly, "Two logical reasons why I struck there." She again swallowed down the lump in her throat and took a defiant stance against the fear in her gut and stepped towards the man and pointed at his nose, "First, you vanished from sight." She dropped her hand back into the previous fold, "And second I know the captain of twelfth isn't a girl."
Looking up at him, though being slightly defiant was still very much nervous, it was easy to see in the way she held herself towards him, but still held back at the same time.
With his question she was just about to answer but he cut her off and before she could react she was sucked into a world of black... ((OOC: Exits with Maxi. heart ))

Returning from the kido cannon grounds, Charles remains silent as he moves up to the floor generously offered for his experiments. The outcome was not what he had hoped for, but until the day comes that he is in charge, such might be common. Still, he places the recording material down very gently in a pile on a nearby table. Maxi never gave orders on what to do with that, so he will keep it all safe for now.
For the task at hand, Charles begins to stand and stare at some of the crystals. Every substance in existance has a resonance frequency. First step would be to find a baseline frequency for shimigami and kido. Once reiatsu is given a complimentary wavelength, the process of seeding crystals can begin, thus creating sympathetic material. Of course, that is where things get hairy. To prove it won't work with others will require use of hollow energy to see if it fractures the crystal . . .

((sorry for the double-post, but trying to remain active))
Moving down through the laboratories, Charles searches for a hidden panel for computer interface. After his tour with Maxi, he now knows what to look for. Without much trouble, he manages to find what he is looking for and begin research. Pulling up all available data to him, he studies and after a few hours determines a baseline reiatsu resonance, and searches around for the supplies he needs. While gathering equipment, he finds some information on the kido caster shells, and idly picks it up to work on as a backup project.
Despite taking a long time, he pulls up all the equipment he needs onto the same level he used for his resonance experiment, but chooses a different room. The last thing he wants to do is dismantle his rudimentary setup, especially when it offered so many odd visions. Why five? One was the spirit of his beloved blade, but the other four? So much to investigate . . . who were the other four? Why did they all look like him- at least the three he could see? What was that last one? Charles has a few ideas, but that needs to be put aside for now.
Working long and hard, he manages to put together a small chamber, and begins the process. Just like creating any other crystal, Charles creates a small environment that is super-saturated with the material- in this case reiatsu. To boot, he has a small shard from one of the crystals Maxi gave him. Only the tiniest of bits, used as a seed crystal. Pumping energy into it as much as he dares, Charles can only wait for the new crystal to form.
In the meantime, he begins to write up some designs for using the process of the kido caster shell for a more extensive weapon. Instead of a single shot, why not a filter? Creating bracers on the design, he begins an elemental-based weapon with a smile. "Squad 10 would love a few of these!"

  ----- Rowen Zala also known as Yoh enter the complex lab looking around. "Hello? Captain Maxi are you here......consider me more of a new comer......a lost one if that." Yoh said out load as he took a few more steps. He didn't know if he would be heard or not, due to the equipment and machines going on. Hoping the others in the lab wouldn't think less of him. "Man this place is large, I may end up lost if I go in too deep. So much going on, this is the zone for me surely." Yoh adds, as he was speaking low and to himself. His heart was pounding, giving him a rather large rush deep down.

Hissing open quietly, the door to Yoh's left slides open. The man who steps threw looks slightly dazed and slowly takes a bite of his still smoking food stuffs, then looks over at the person standing in the hallway. "Yo."

----- Yoh quickly jumps back as he face revel he had been surprise, or at least in shock. "Ye yes sir, Rowen Zala also known as Yoh reporting in. I was recently assign to your squad, my ideas and thoughts will not let you down." Yoh blurted, as he face was somewhat red. After a few seconds, the tense vibe disappear allowing him to relax more. "Sorry Captain Maxi, you very much scared the mess out of me. Being new to the squad, I didn't know how you would act and such....." Yoh adds, robbing the back of his head, the aroma of the freshly cook food smack him in the face.

Maxi smirks at the mans response to his entrance then nods greetings, "lah luhg meh grobb"* He says with a mouth full of food. Reaching into his coat and producing a set of robes far to large to fit in said pocket, the tag revealing them as the squads uniform. Behind the tag rests a single injection of the limb regeneration serum, given to every member but not mentioned to anyone outside the squad. Tossing the robs to the young man, Maxi finally swallows his food and smiles slightly, "glad to have a new member."

----- Yoh gently took the coat and slips his arms into both sleeves. “Ahh it seems to be a nice fix sure, I have with me today a concept of an item I thought of. It’s rather basic and the base; in many ways could it be modify to serve a greater point.” Yoh explains, as he hands his Captain a blue print and notes.
Reiryoku Pacifier – This pacifier has the capabilities of contain “left over” spirit energy, but really its more of a leech, stealing bit by bit of the users energy until full. No matter how vast it maybe, if usage has occurred, the pacifier will begin its work once more. When leeching off of the user, the amount being taken is not vast; to it wouldn’t affect one in battle by much. Not to mention it would be hard to notice, due to the small amounts being taken. The pacifier has a special coating to block the energy from being picking up from stray hallow. The truth being this item is that the pacifier can hold a great amount of energy. There is no primary use for it either, it could be use to power a factory, vehicle, or even heal if that type of energy is contain within. The down side is the simply fact it takes a great amount of time to fill up. Mixing its capabilities is determined by the user mostly, on most standards it simply spiritual energy being contain.
"I was going for the aspect of finding a way to store energy. Yet something so simple is complex, if damage it could in fact cause a massive spiritual explosive, due to the vast amount of compact energy. Another flaw, but within the right hands it could prove useful. If I am able to found a way to hone my skills, to could as written be use for another reasons. I don't recommend letting just anyone having this items. The current set up wouldn't allow one to withdraw the energy to use personally in battle.I am trying to find another healing source tho." Yoh explains in depth, as he sounds like a complete geek. Most likely another reason he was place within the squad.

Tadashi walked into the labs carrying a bundle of weaponry tied with a rope from his recent fight. Tadashi had just came back from the human world with news for his captain. Tad had requested to see Maximoru right away. As he went through the lab, he finally found him. "Boss. Got some news." Tadashi said as he placed the bundle on the ground. "Somethings up in the human world. Something big." Tadashi said with a rare serious look. "These were weapons recovered as a vizard and I attacked an unusual group. These beings aren't shinigami or arrancar. I doubt they are human. They were cladded in armor. Lots of armor. They were also a bit tough. Currently, Charles is also down there. I told him to watch out for these occurrences till I got back." Tadashi kneeled down to the bundle and unwrapped the rope. "Take a look." Tadashi said as he offered a sword.

Atsuki had walked inside to take a look inside. He started to sit down. But he took the time to look around the room. He marveled at the technology that was there. 'This is what I'm joining....have to be serious....' he thought to himself. He just sat there. As he hadn't been seated yet he was still enjoying himself.
