Well isn't that something everyone seems to know everyone when it comes down to it. lol. I have friends that are friends of some of my other friends. We do need members and we need places also Bleak. Like for the different Division. I would leave it up to the Captains but, some might work slower than others you know what i mean.

well our goal is to make a bleach guild like no other. we are trying to make this guild as good as it can get. We will seat the people as they come into the guild for shinigami positions. Once all the shinigami spots are filled we want people to fill up the other spots like Quincy, Hollows, bounts and so on. We even want Faccion to actuall be real members from the guild. We will also be opening up the Zero Division. This division has alot of mystery behind it so we want to experiment with it and see how it works.
Further Edit
You can also take another seated members spot. Remember Captains are stronger than you so its best to gain your bankai or try to be a Kenpachi if you want to challenge them for there Seat.

i use to be in a bleach guild that made me do that. now i just do it like this. i should have added the acadmey but, no one wants to start there anyways. lol. Your in division 6 right Von. You know you can help out Kazei and make some places for the 6th Division. Im willing to help out any captain that needs it realy.
