black...nothing more, nothing less. Rota realized in his last bit of conciousness that Aki was trying to get him to use saikon to make him stronger.heh... least I got the devil beat outta me for my benefit. Rota's head hit the floor hard after he coughs up blood from that gut shot, and loses conciousness.

Alice sent one of her tiny droid butlers to roll out and retrieve Rota, picking him up and carrying him to the medbay, placing him in a pod and hooking him up so that it could fill up and begin the rapid healing process.

Arin was hit four good times, but she managed to shrug off most of the damage. The blinding flash of black-purple wrapped around the head of the droid, and she extended her hand out to the still-hot face of the droid and charged another purple blast to blow it out of the fight. She was doing too well... At this rate she'd still be conscious at the end of this fight... Although she could get even more training in this way... She needed a stronger opponent... Someone who really could take her out of the fight and give her a challenge...

Arin blasted the crap out of the second droid, before it could even swing at her. She turned her attentions on the final droid, aiming a solid punch at its face. She was already tired of this fight... It wasn't going anywhere... But in just a second, things would change... She was smiling now... Something had to be up... In order for Arin to be smiling at this point in a fight that she was obviously winning...
Aki must have realized just that, and was pondering what could be running through Arin's head... Apparently she still had a long way to go before she truly understood her love...

There are times in one's life when you have regrets, and sometimes will dwell on them in times of suffering.to Rota, this was one of those times. in his unconciousness, he saw the figure of a white tiger cub. it was running towards him and mewling, it's snow white fur blowing in the wind. to the common man, this would be a very innocent scene, but this brought back horrific memories to Rota. images of white fur stained dark red flashed across his vision, and within his pod, the common man could see him thrashing, as if trapped in a nightmare. those depressing visions of death were soon replaced by a 16 year old Rota hugging said tiger cub.

many hours passed, and horrible memory after horrible memory haunted him the whole time. eventually, when he had fully healed and the door to the rejuvination chamber opened, he awoke at a full run "LITE!!!" he looked around him, and realized that he was not in fact on Nexum. Rota sighed for a moment, and put out the memories of his dead son out of his mind. he would continue to be strong for his sake...wait. in his sorrow, he neglected to notice the sheer power he now had. it coursed through his veins and through the depths of his soul. he felt better than he had in years, and felt that he could take on some tough s**t. he stepped out of the door, his tail flicking about in random glee.

Arin was scratched twice, little more... She was really getting tired of this little brat... There wasn't going to be much more of this fight, but what was left of it was boring her. She was going to jump and drive her heels into the droid's face. There wasn't going to be much of a fight after this... It was already getting old... Robots weren't squisky targets... They eventually lost the satisfaction of simulating bones for metal and blood for oil... Somewhere in the middle of the pretense, there was the realization that they weren't more than punching bags...
And the droid was out. It flew against the wall so quickly that Arin couldn't watch it before it was plastered against the tile. There was nothing to be done about it. She had destroyed the thing, and it would have to be reassembled and repaired before it would be of any use to her...
Arin, without wissing a beat, began to power up, though, even though the fight was over and done with, it was like she was readying herself for another fighter...
But... Oh, no... Aki dashed to the console, finally figuring out why Arin was still smiling... The reason it had taken so long to set the fight up... There was another action queued... Arin had set up a droid to show up... Exactly as powerful as she was.... But she's already hurt... This wasn't going to end well.

Arin stood, with absolutely no aura, staring the droid down... It was as tall as her, and seemed to be intelligent... At least, it kind of appeared that way... Finally, she got her wind and blasted a full-powered cone of purple-black flame at the beast, hoping to damage it at least enough to give her a shot. She hoped that it beat her... At least with a robot, she was getting beaten of her own volition. With another living being? No. But if she told it to beat her down, then her pride wasn't too badly injured... And the benefits far outweighed the detriments. The droid rushed at her, directly toward her with a driven purpose -- to beat the ******** out of her.
