" Well, since we're trying to save people. That'd be all fine and dandy. But we dont really have te means to support our own private army.." Leprosey reasons, admitting to herself it would sort of nice.. until the little buggers died on them. Her thoughts were inturrupted by the sound of the nearby town.
" Okay guys, play it cool. No telling them we're gonna kill them or were out for their kidneys or nothing..... unless maybe we have no other alternative and this is some kinda kidney-friendly communities. Which is kinda unlikely I'll run into one of those AGAIN.." she said with an exasperated sigh.
They all awkwardly walk into the town, poeple looking at them intrigued. Not exactly afraid.

Fayra shyd away from the humans eyes.
Her wings folded and pressed against her back.
"Are you guys sure about this?!" Fayra said scared of the people around them.

" As long as your ambassador skills are better than those you used on those humans who wanted to shred us six ways from Monday back with the Necromancer." Leprosey shrugged and gave Fayra a reassuring pat ob the shoulder. The entire town looked like it was once, maybe thirty years ago, a thriving city.
A fairly rich-looking man approached them.
" I was told my brother would send warriors to aid us of our predicament. Are you three the first to arrive?" he asked politley.

Fayra looked at the man, her eyes full of questioning.
'Why is it that they hate our kind so much, but then when they are in trouble they look to us for help' She thought to herself.

The man seemed somewhat suprised.
" Well, I suspect the three of you must very well know what you are doing." he said as other men approached.
" I'll take you to the lake, I just need to bring my own protection."
" You havn't asked our names, dont expect us to make it through the night?" Leprosey questioned out of her comedic character.
" No, no. My brother has already explained to me what he knows of you. Also, how apprehensive some of you might be with humans," he calmly explained, " We should continue.."
The seemed to keep leading the three to the lake.

Fayra shifted uncomfortably on her feet.
Shifting her wait from one hip to another.
Back and forth back and forth.
"So us them" She mumbled, hopefully he heard her.

" Can ya give us a guesstamate of how many?"
He scratched his scalp uncomfortably.
" Not sure. Maybe five or six hundred. Im not sure anymore. Watched many men and woman die at the hands of those vermin. We thought they were just organized with a leader we couldn't find, but theres something huge underwater. We think it might be about the size of a whale."
They finally arrived, looking at a lake that had skeletons lying close to the shre, as though the people were too afraid to retrieve the body.

"Alright, I have a spell that will draw them to the surface, and kill them, kill anything that gets out onto the shore," Runeoth said, then he walked onto the beach. He took about twenty runes from his pouch and started chanting and swirling them in the air.

The Mokles rose out of the water one by one, when they came up, they'd e flailing and screeching, then they would go limp on be tossed on a pile on the shore. The pile continued to grow, while the water got calmer.
