Extra: Below the waist Keichii wears long, cargo pants and close-toed ninja sandals. Under the coat is a long-sleeved fish-net shirt, but he's always cold, so he never takes his coat off. If anything, it's his weapon, as it contains all of the blood he uses for his jutsu stored in vials and packets inside the coat's numerous pockets. It would get messy if he tripped.

Extra: Keichii is very competent and incredibly driven, but he's so single-minded in everything he does, he comes across as a massive jerk-a**. Probably because he is. He and his sisters would make an extremely powerful team together, but they get along so horribly, they'd kill their opponents by accident while murdering each other. Usually it's Keichii's fault. His bad personality is the main reason he's still a genin. He's a solid fighter and, if anything, ambitious enough to try for Yukikage, but no one in their right mind would give this guy that kind of power.

HISTORY

Family: Two younger sisters, Akai and Rakutsu. He's on the outs with most of his relatives.
Kekkei Genkai: None--his jutsu are ones that can be copied by others, but the jutsu themselves are so finicky they need a lot of training to use effectively.
Life's Story: The Shiro clan specializes in blood jutsu, for which they are of relatively high rank in Snow. However, in order to teach such jutsu at an early age, a lot of bleeding is involved. Because of this, training is essentially child abuse, which gives way to both very proficient blood jutsu users and a disturbingly high number of mental illnesses. Because Keichii had such a good handle on the clan's jutsu early on, he managed to avoid the brunt of the "training" unlike his sister Rakutsu and ended up being one of the "healthier" clan members--as in, he only has rage issues.
Despite being the older brother, Keichii's younger sister, Akai managed to display greater proficiency for blood jutsu than Keichii. This pushed him off the deep end and he nearly trained himself to death. He ended up making himself anemic and is no longer able to use his own blood in his jutsu, so he's forced to carry around bottles of blood pills and packets of blood. He's super easy to track just by the smell of all that blood, he bruises very easily and has also become intolerant of cold weather.((Yeah, I know what's going on in Snow right now, but I'm willing to risk a limb to join the festivities. ;D))Approved~ Van (Welcome back!) heart

Born from a non-ninja related mother and a father who was a ninja raised from the prime of blood mists harsh and idealistic ways was kenshins father a rough man who was skilled in the fusion ninjutsu of futton ((translation:boiling release.)) conceived kenshin shinsei holding his mothers maiden last name and his fathers kekkei genkai courseing through his veins.Kenshin always was impressionable as a child mimicking joyfully animals and people around him growing up happily following silently people and animals around and copying what they had done and what he had seen,he had out grown this habit when he had become subject to an invasion on the hidden mist in the past by a band of ninja fleeing from the village kenshins father had died laid victim to the opposing ninja that mornful day who had casted the genjutsu technique "bringer of false darkness" exposing and tramutizing kenshin to the dark abyss when his fathers throat had been slit beside kenshin and the ninja fled.Kenshin had undergone extreme therapy for his fear of the dark having being thrown into fits when darkness had even begun to approach even slightly to him,now at the age of ten kenshin goes on a berserk uncontrollable break down where he exhibits intense anger and fear his method for calming down is usually physical contact or reasoning to comfort him.
Evidently enough kenshin shinsei's chapter begins with a perculiar encounter with a lost drunken ex shinobi from the hidden mist who was traveling on the outskirts of the village singing and ranting along his stumbled travels about nonsense.this man drunk and wayward stumbled in on one of kenshins collective thought sessions in the forest of the mist on why he became a functioning shinobi of the hidden mist village.The drunken man dropped from the massive amounts of alchohal right in front of kenshin falling victim to his alchohal abuse inured previous that day and that now flourished his systems obviously while he spoke to young impressionable kenshin about the disasterious double edged effects of being a shinobi,he instilled a hatred for shinobi kind in kenshin that day and subconciously kenshin since then developed an extreme aversion to shinobi kind nation wide and has created an alter ego in which he has named himself "Toy" who has an addiction to the secret hidden taste for causeing the death of shinobi his current kill rate as a gennin is none but so far he has slaughtered small animals boiling or melting them alive where he found on the outskirts of the mist watching psychotically as their corpses melted away.by a year later kenshin had a second run in with the drunken man from before who later turned out to reveal himself to kenshin to be a retired ninja who was a missing nin of the hidden mist the same night the invasion had occured long ago,
he had shared his veiw on life as a shinobi when he occupied the mist and had also shared his philosophy of his eyes on ninja internationally.seven had come along and kenshin had shown a high liking and skill to hid unique art of "futton" combining his ninjutsu's verocity and his secret addiciton to killing in one.At eight kenshin had never seen this mentor and followed his teachings making himself known as another weapon in the hidden mists arsenal as a genin with his own trade mark style training from eight to ten gaining more experiance,his primary focus now at the age of ten is to figure out his nindo he spends most hours of his time contemplating this aswell as practicing his nin-jutsu and tai-jutsu.

Not nearly as proficient as her older siblings, Rakutsu ended up alone in near-blizzard conditions trying to hone her skills. Her desire to improve and questionable familial relations left Rakutsu lonely and desperate. She was nine when she met her other selves. She now chooses to distance herself from her clan, only really associating with her sister, Akai, and since her time in the Snow Internment Camp, her brother, Keichii. She gets along with Akai well enough, but Keichii bullies her relentlessly. Cut is the only one willing to deal with him.

Yoshitsune was born in Sand as a result of one of her many affairs. His father is unknown. He himself knew nothing until he learned how to "focus", in reality activate his bloodline. He has learned to an extent his bloodline barely uses chakra to activate anymore, and only needs chakra to execute his taijutsu style or to "truely focus" He went to Grass, making friends and training in sword styles. Like any good swordsman, he hopes to obtain the Seven Bloody Mist Swords for himself.
ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
A figure entered the arena, stopping near the center. Nothing of the figure could be seen, everything but one red eye was covered in a thick black cloak and hood. Upon his back was a bundle wrapped in bandages. On the other side, a second figure emerged the second dressed simply in standard shinobi gear. "Lets make this fast, I want my prize" the second comer said smugly, not for an instant noticing the cloaked figure's lack of motion, even breathing. The second figure waited, and then finally started forward a kunai in his hand. The cloaked figure waited, unmoving, unflinching, yet always watching. It made no movement, not even as the kunai stabbed into its chest with a dull thud. In one motion, the figure's hand shot up and closed around the opposers wrist, a faint hint of blue now visible in the light. The figure looked up, reveaing wooden features and a painted, wicked looking smile. The mouth compartment opened, and the last sight the shinobi would ever see was the bandaged bundle opening, revealing a lanky man with red eyes, who merely grinned while green spray filled the shinobi's now fearful eyes....

Kekkei Genkai: "dragon blood" Deanna is descendant from a rare and elite bloodline of dragon tamers, whom can summon elemental dragon spirits. the higher level jutsu can summon multiple elements at a time and give the use "dragon like" characteristics [ie: heightened speed, strength, accuracy] and it is said that the legendary jutsu allows for the user to completely take the form of a dragon themselves.
Life's story: Deanna spent most of her childhood alone in the Cloud village, concentrating on her studies and perfecting jutsu. Making friends was not easy, she decided to stick things out on her own. Needless to say she began to surpass her comrades quickly and easily. She trained for hours a day, not knowing what else to do with herself. One day during her training, she discovered her secret powers of the dragon spirits, and began to communicate with them and harness their ancient powers. The other villagers treated her like an outcast, like a criminal who had done them great harm. But she had done nothing. Unknown to her, the Ryukaze powers that she is in possession of are very rare, even members in the clan do not all develop the secret and elusive bloodline. For generations it was absent, many have searched in vain for people living with the power, even hunting down the dragons to steal the powers directly from them, but to no avail. Turmoil grew within the clan as people became hungry for the powers. Luckily, she was separated from the main clan headquarters, but it was only a matter of time before they learned of her secret powers and came after them. The villagers knew of the Ryukaze clan, and looked down upon them for they believed they were better than everyone else, and with good reason with their power. Speaking to no one she trained in silence, much to the approval of her sensei. She got her headband with ease and continued her training alone, not much liking the idea of a squad. After a few years, the Kage learned of Deanna's power, and decided to train her as an ANBU to develop and learn about the legendary techniques of the clan. The training was harsh, leaders unkind, and she began to realize what the elders were up to. They were pushing her to the limits so that they could see her true powers, the secrets of the Ryukaze bloodline. Feeling isolate and alone, and not wanting to reveal her secret powers, a few days before her 16th birthday, Deanna took what little belongings she had and traveled in search of a new home village, hopefully where she could be accepted and befriended by other shinobi. And to find a place where she could continue training her elite bloodline without fear for her safety. Eventually she came across the Land of Fire, and liking the name, she became acclimated quickly and decided to make Konohagakure her new home. Briefly taking classes in her new hometown's academy, Deanna gained her new headband and is currently awaiting a squad assignment. She is living in a boarding house in the city. However, the kage's of the cloud were not happy about this, and by this point even the elders of the clan had heard that finally after so many generations another has been given the powers they so desperately craved, and to this day are looking to bring her back to the village to take the bloodline power for themselves.

Deanna was hiking through the forest close to town, continuing her journey from the cloud to hopefully a new and better home. She continued walking quietly until suddenly she sensed a powerful aura close by, and she had the feeling she was being followed.....and from lack of food and water, her chakra was dangerously low...
Deanna sensed a strong yet familiar presence nearby.... possibly another shinobi from the cloud, bound to bring her back.....steps quickened, twigs snapped...
i ran and ran and ran, someone or something was following me, i ran deeper and deeper into the forest, no longer knowing where i was....
it seemed like i was running for hours, but it was still close behind.... finally out of the forest a bustling city appeared. still running quickly, sensing the presence draw nearer every second, Deanna came upon a small mansion. She bolted towards the door, diving for its handle, and thrust it open. still clutching the knob, she slammed the door closed and collapsed to the ground out of exhaustion.
'safe at last' she thought and slipped out of consciousness in the center of the hotel lobby.......

Kekkei Genkai: Carsing eye
A dojutsu that allows the user to see the electrical pulses from living things. Sort of like the Byakugan except no chakra points can be seen. This power is yours at birth and its range can be expanded through training.
The Clan all have the lightning element or else they can't do the dojutsu. The clan used to be in Kumogakure but moved to the Suna because the village in the clouds were afraid of the clan's lightning power. They are very powerful as they can also absorb lightning strikes from storms to become more powerful and faster. They can also regain chakra from these lightning strikes.
Life's story: Kazuki had a simple upbringing in the Sand village. He was raised by his mother and father until his father passed away because of a fatal, swift mind-altering disease when he was 10. This disease cause him to attack his family but he was in a weakened state so he didn't do much damage except he did scar Kazuki for life. Kazuki had to defend his mother and his baby sister from his father's strikes. As he was only 10 he did have some combat training from the academy but couldn't dodge everything his father had and his father cut his forearms with his katana. This attack left a scar that Kazuki hides from the world with bandages. Anbu black ops arrived shortly after and restrained him. He died soon afterwards. He took over the family household and watched over his sister very closely in order to protect her. He is now a genin and hopes to become the best ninja of the Carsing clan and be a better man than his father. He gets very angry if anyone messes with his sister at all, even the smallest thing but he just cares about her very much. He believes he can protect anyone if he can master his clan's jutsu. He will never touch swords as his father used one to give him his scar.
ROLEPLAY SAMPLE
Kazuki closed his eyes and focused his chakra to his eyes. His bloodline opened and his iris turned from green to yellow. He opened his eyes and looked around. From his enhanced vision he could see three birds in the tree in front of him, a racoon sitting in a bush, and his sister, Linda behind a rock in a curled up position. He ran toward where she was and released his chakra. "Hey sis. I found you again. Linda rose out of her hiding spot and stamped her foot.Damn it brother! You said you couldn't see that far with your eyes yet but somehow you were able to see me from 30 feet away! She smiled though as she said this. Well at least this means you're getting better at using the eye. I can't see anything outside of ten feet! Kazuki laughed waved her to him. C'mon sis. Let's go home. Mom's making chicken with rice tonight and I'm hungry." With that they walked back to the village and home.
