NO, You can not! The mule is for contests only. We'd have nothing if we handed it out to anyone. If you read the rules, begging is not allowed. That means begging inside and out of the guild. Therefore for both offenses you now have two warnings. I suggest you take a look at the guild rules.

Suggestion: Cool it with the freaking guild announcements already! Make a thread or something so that people who care can see it. >< Sorry, but I don't give a flip about contests and such, and it's annoying to see a new one pretty much every day. They shouldn't be used in lieu of a thread announcing it. By making a thread you can say the same thing, and the people who want to know will go look at it. Guild announcements should be reserved for important things.

You can disable guild announcements, I suggest you do that if you don't like them :3
