Greg saw the blade come toward him. He bent back, but for no reason when the man came to chop the demons arms off. He popped back up, Jason. He grinned at the man. "Didn't wanna let you have all the fun," he said, jokingly. He laughed slightly. "So, since you seem to attract attention. Who's the big enemy. I figure you're his main target," he began to speak as he started encircling the man. He was intriguing.

Atrum looked away at the mention of his light. He didn't like admitting he was an elemental, and decided he'd keep it to himself this time. "Atrum, nice to meet you Rikku." He smiled politely, and was going to double check if she was alright, when someone decided to tumble into their line of vision. And he had fallen off a roof. . .

He went to see what he was fighting and if he was hurt, but he seemed to have things under control. Atrum found his questions asked by Rikku, soothing whatever pain was in his back with his little light. He couldn't make it go away, he would need to actually force his back back into place himself.

He looked over at the girl that seemed to have guessed he was an elemental. His fault for flashing it around he guessed. He didn't think they were being targetted because they did something wrong. . . those creatures weren't the goodguys.

Erik chuckled. "Great, I'm surrounded by Elementals. Well, there's this one guy called Krious. He's the guy that needs to die. I don't remember anything about myself or my past...barely remember my own name. But I do know that Krious must die. He's in command of those creatures you just saw. I call them Hellspawn, Krious does to. What they are is the physical manifestation of a soul corrupted by darkness. So whenever good ol' Krious kills something, he gets a new soul to play with. So, why is he targeting you guys? Because Hellspawn keep every ability they had before they were turned to Darkness. So, Krious kills you, gets some extremely powerful Hellspawn on his side, and no one can beat you, so the world gets taken over by the good ol' hellspawn Empire. Everyone loses." If you could see beneath Erik's cloak and mask, you would have seen a tear. "You guys wouldn't last two minutes against them, Elementals or not. I'll go with you guys. You'll need someone who now the tactics they use.

Jason nodded to Erik. "Sounds like bundles of fun. What are we waiting for?" he asked, jumping up and down. He was excited and ready to do this thing.

"Doesn't matter where you're going or where you've been. You guys are about to find out what it's like to be hunted, like some common animal." Erik was dead serious. After 6 months of running, he decided to turn and face the enemy. Erik didn't know where to go from here, but the more Elementals that he got on his side, the better.

James over heard Erik's explanation of the elemental myth, how there's supposed to be 12 and they're all supposed to come together against all the evil in the world. Ta-da. He'd heard too many variations of the story to care anymore, but when he talked about the powers of this evil, 'Krious' wasn't it? It sounded plausible because it gave a physical enemy rather than just some unseeable enemy.

Jason looked at Rikku. "You're funny. Our powers are bigger than his," he nodded to Erik, "And we're using them with less restraint. We're a sun right in front of Krious' face compared to this little match," he again directed toward Erik. "You really think he'll try to look for the match when what he wants is right in front of his face?" he asked, questioning the idiotic female.

"Theyv'e been after me," Ace told them. "Thats I never travel with anyone."
