Ken bowed to Alexa's family and followed her out the door, hiding in the shadows, ready to counter-attack if anyone tried anything.

Shamo walked after his sister silently. Ken was right, he could take care of himself, but he was going to take care of her as well. He had grabbed his backpack and all while Ken was talking to Alexa. Now he just needed to make sure nothing bad happened.

Alexa slowed down to walk next to Shamo. "You've been quiet all morning. Do you feel any different?" She put a hand on his shoulder.

Shamo looked to his sister. "Yes. I feel colder, lacking a heartbeat since I'm only vampire. I also see most humans or anything with blood a little clearer for the fact that I seem to be able to see people's circulatory system's through walls, just from hearing their heartbeat. I've grown more powerful senses, which can get annoying when people are blasting music and I hear it ten times louder. I also have this strange urge to grab, even the smallest ant and worm, just to drink it's blood. I'm feeeling the blood thirst of a vampire, and as soon as I start reacting to the sun, I'll have to learn how Ken, our little stalker friend, hops into shadows," he said, explaining his...predictament. He was holding a bottle of water, like usual. He usually brings one to school to drink throughout the day. It began to chill over, giving it an icy looking outside, even in the heat of the day.

Alexa kept walking till they made it to the school. She hugged her brother and whispered to keep a low profile for the day. She kept walking up the stairs to class before she remember her guest. "You just keep out of the way for now."
