Raster paused, a question forming on the tip of his tongue. 'Then why are you here and not there?' he wanted to ask, but decided it was none of his business.

Onnless walked into the arena, drawing his rapier as he waited for an opponent. It was one of the few but scheduled days where he would fight in the arena himself.

Ami walked into the arena. She had her huge shuriken on her back and her hand near the pack that held her normal-sized kunai and shuriken. She looked over at Onnless.

Onnless gave Ami a small deulist's bow as the speakers made the announcements for the fight.

A buzzer rang, signalling the fight to begin.
Onnless quickly got into a fighting stance.

Ami's eyepiece turned on, ready to pick up data on Onnless as the fight progresses.
Let's test his speed. She quickly took out six shuriken and threw them at him, three going to his left and the other three to his right.

Onnless rapidly either dodged or parried all the shuriken.

Ami's eyepiece gathered the data on his speed as she watched. Pretty good. Then she quickly rushed forward, throwing more shuriken and kunai at him. The shuriken would sweep out and curve back towards him. The kunai were sent straight at him.

Onnless took care of the weapons with rapid slashes, then stabbed quickly at Ami.
