((Ah. I might have just seen "Habitable" and assumed you were going to be that person, and just went with it. My bad.))
Xeen nodded. "I cannot phase into a place where I cannot survive. If I can get us in there, I can promise you it will not be immediately harmful to me, but I cannot promise the same for you. Do want me to take you up there?"

Eric watched Riley stand, "Inspecting" his "new slave". "I own you now. Follow the tall one." He said, turning to leave the pens.

Hattie grabbed Riley's arm to hold her up, her fingers lacing with the blond's. Her other hand was at Riley's back. Her friend looked like hell and it infuriated Hattie.
She turned her head to Eric. "You'll have to watch Cale, he might make a scene if he's conscious.

Ora gave a slight nod. "It'd be best if I stayed behind then. I'm a tad more frail than either of you." She took a seat on a piece of the ruins, her hands set gently in her lap. "Be careful up there."

Tsukiyomi Morningstar Hattie grabbed Riley's arm to hold her up, her fingers lacing with the blond's. Her other hand was at Riley's back. Her friend looked like hell and it infuriated Hattie.
She turned her head to Eric. "You'll have to watch Cale, he might make a scene if he's conscious. Pen walked with them, giving Riley a slight, but invisible, gravitational boost, just to make walking easier. There was little else she could do, and since she was never very good at giving comfort, she chose to keep a bit of a distance from the rest. As she walked by the crowd, it was typical for people to jostle by her, whether on purpose or not. Most people took far more liberties with a slave than a normal person passing the street, just as a walking person might pause to pet someone's dog, although far less friendly. In the process of the walking, Pen let out a startled cry as she felt a sting, much like a needle, in her thigh. Her heart sped up, and the skin of her thigh went a bit cold, but as nothing else seemed to happen, she continued walking with little concern to the incident.

Eric nodded. "I'll knock him out." He said, stepping into the area where they held Cale.

Hattie looked over Pen, giving her a smile. Riley squeezed Hattie's hand as they made their way back to the Guard's station. Cale was standing there, looking almost as bad as Riley. His left arm was broken and his nose was bleeding. When he saw Riley, he made a move to get to her but a Guard yanked him back my a leash and collar around his neck.
Hattie help tight to Riley as she jerked too. "Don't cause a scene," She whispered to Riley's ear.

Pen rubbed a hand against her leg, wondering absently why she was needed for the plan in the first place. Though she sympathised with Riley and Cale, she wasn't particularly good with sympathy, and for the most part any attempts at sympathy would likely get them all in trouble. The thought briefly occurred to her that they could have just walked into the slave-market and bought Riley and Cale, without having to play dress up in the first place, as the basics of the market was just a transfer of goods and money anyway. But she was then reminded that a few people wanted by the Kore would have made better products than customers.
Pen glanced at Eric. "Hurry up, master, this is getting dull."

Eric tossed Pen a rather irrate look, but nodded. "Here is the payment for the two." He said, handing it to the man, "You two... Keep an eye on the new ones."

Cale moved to Riley's side, his hands bound before him. "I'll watch them." She knew Pen was none to good at sympathy, so to give the poor girl a break, Hattie kept an eye on them.
Cale was very close to Riley, looking at his wife and Hattie knew it was taking all the restraint he could muster not to go postal. But his body was in no condition and Hattie sympathized. She was shaking from her own rage.

Pen gave Eric a look in return. She lowered her voice for Hattie and Eric alone, "Are we done here or not? They would recover better on the ship than they would here. And if they've sent the baby to a facility already, there is little chance we will be able to recover him by staying around in the slave market."

((You look cool, ED!))
Hattie nodded to Pen. "We're done here. We'll have to get more information on Cirus. Hunter might know something." As they walked to the entrance, Hattie eyes turned to two women walking past them. They weren't Slaves, nor were they Owners. Hattie felt that she had seen them before, but she shook her head and simply made a note of it in her mind.

Eric sauntered out of the market, towards his ship, the four "slaves" following them, his thumb running over the trigger concealed in his cane.

Once they were out of sight of the Market, Hattie got Cale and Riley inside the ship. Once Cale was free from his bonds, he was helping Riley.
Leaving the two in the med bay, Hattie made her way to Eric's bunk to borrow some of his clothing. Once finished, she sunk quietly into a seat in the cockpit.

Eric was in the cockpit, the round, egg-shaped room's walls were covered with an image of the space outside them, with some areas highlighted and magnified, Eric looking at them intently.
"That went easy." Eric replied, having ditched his pimp getup for his more comfortable wife beater and loose pants, "Of course, we're still sans kid, but at least we'll be able to find him. Hunter give you any info?"
