Mood: Okay, motivated.
Original Weight: 245 lbs. neutral
Progress: - 27 lbs.
Current weight: 218 lbs.

BLINKYTHERED'S RENEWED WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY!

At the beginning of this summer, I started a new weight loss regime: specifically, Weight Watchers (which I've done before, but years aog.)

Here is my progress so far, and I'll update on a weekly basis after this, usually on mondays since that's when I weigh in officially.

THE STARTING STATS!
Age: 19
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 202.6 (heaviest I've ever been)
BMI: 34.8 (YIKES!!)

GOALS:
1. 10% (20.2 pound loss)
2. Reaching 174 pounds (29.9 BMI)
[ More to come! ]

AFTER WEEK FOUR
Current weight: 193.2
BMI: 33.2
Weight lost: 2 icon_3nodding.gif
TOTAL weight lost: 9.4 icon_heart.gif

NOTES: Next week I will NOT be weighing in officially (at my Weight Watcher's Meeting) and I will also be away from home, so I won't be weighing in at all. :3 Expect an update TWO WEEKS from now. My goal for 2 weeks from now is 4 pounds! <3

Feeling: Had to post early, going to my grandma's. I'm feeling okay, I guess. Sometimes I feel like my dad doesn't really support me and my weight loss because he's so obsessed with having to buy new clothes for me faster than average or something.

Any Fitter: Not really. I even started coughing again.
Notes: I've been so busy the past week that I've hardly been able to exercise and due to stress and lack of time I haven't been eating the best either.

It's been about 6 weeks since I started I think...

Start weight: 13st 11lb (193lb)

Current weight: 13st 4lb (186lb)

Weight Loss so far...: 7lb

Any Fitter:..you know I thought I would feel fitter - But I don't confused

Additional Notes: I've tried cutting out bread a bit more - seems to be working a little. Seem to have gotten over a bit of a weight plateau - I wasn't losing anything over the past 2 weeks - I was struggling getting down to 186lb from 187lb - not much but damn it took a while - I was losing 2lb a week before that happened scream

Started Weight Watchers: 9 March 2006

First Goal MET: 22 pounds

Current Weight Loss Goal: Another 23 pounds

Total Loss: 23.8 pounds as of 18 June 2006

Fitness: I work out in the gym once a week; take three walks weekly; do stomach rolls/crunches/situps once a week; do deep/forceful breathing exercises once a day.

Recent Rewards: When I told my mother I'd met my first weight loss goal, she got so excited that she bought me two new workout outfits -- one at my new size, and one that I'll be able to wear when I've dropped my next 23 pounds. They're totally cute and totally comfortable. Best of all, once I'm down another 23 pounds, I can still wear the first set of warmups because they have a drawstring waist and can simply be cinched tighter.

Non-Weight Goal: When I visit my relatives in October, I will be able to keep up with them all through the celebratory dancing and singing, and not have to take an early break or pretend to need to use the bathroom halfway through the dancing.

Weight lost: GAINED .6 pounds ;.;
TOTAL weight lost: 8.8

NOTES: I did not weigh after 5 weeks because I was on a road trip.

I'm disappointed with the fact that I've gained weight, though I know that it could have been worse.. I'm especially sad that Idnd't lose weight. crying I wanted to be at about a 12 pound weightloss by this point.. and I'm just over 3 pounds away. sad Boo! But I think if I try extra hard for the rest of the month I can make up for lost time..

EDIT: Due to getting a job, I will now weigh on on FRIDAYS. So my next update will be on FRIDAY. :3

Started Weight Watchers: 9 March 2006

First Weight Loss Goal: 22 pounds -- GOAL MET
Current Weight Loss Goal: 25 more pounds (total of 47 pounds)

Total Loss: 28.4 pounds as of 25 June 2006

Fitness: I work out in the gym once a week; take three walks weekly; do stomach rolls/crunches/situps once a week; do deep/forceful breathing exercises once a day.

Recent Rewards: I took two skirts in to be altered on Tuesday, trying out a new tailor. If I like the results, I'll have the rest of my skirts done there as well. If not, I'll search out another tailor and try a couple more skirts. Best of all, these skirts were tight in March. Now they're falling off of me. When I told this to my mother, she went and ordered me a couple of workout outfits. SO cute. I'm going to enjoy wearing them to workouts.

Non-Weight Goal: I will be able to enjoy my family reunion this October with my active family, including walks around town and country to visit sites important in our family history.
