Find a way to bring your character back, and I say it's fine.

I dont know if its just me or what, but some of you are kind of harsh when it comes to OOC posting in the S/M shop forum. Maybe try to ask for them to take the OOC else where a bit more politely? Sorry.. I understand if people are doing it constantly and it gets frustrating, but that doesn't really entitle anyone to be rude. Personal opinion. Sorry if I offended anyone. Just try to be nicer.

It is my philosophy that when someone is rude repeditively, they should recieve something simular back.
Everyone has lives, and for many of us school/jobs are wearing us thin. Being in an RP means understanding your fellow posters might not get on as often as you might like, or might be on but just not post.
Personally, I like to send a udge PM when this happens, it is discrete, polite, and not overly pushy. Posting in the thread complaining because no one has posted in two days? No. Not a polite or respectful way to go about it, and if I am not mistaken, this is not the first time he had done it, so he got a curt answer.

Well, I completely agree with that, maybe instead of biting and telling them that they can only speak in such ways in the OOC forum, politely ask them to keep all OOC conversation here and just urge them to send their partner a friendly 'hey come post' message. I certainly would much rather have that. I know I personally am not on all too much lately due to my senior year and a load of stress on the side, and sometimes I am on but I just don't feel like posting whether it is because it is boring or I am just not into it. But I also know I have posted OOC in their and Art replied to my OOC there, without getting after me. So, overall, I believe that people deserve to have the option to post there on that seldom occassion, but if it is to the point where it is every day, let Art know, she can deal with it appropriately. I know by first instinct, I would post in the place I was currently roleplaying to get the other persons attention simply because it is more likely for them to look there than here. But if you see it fit that people deserve the rude comments back, so be it. But, I honestly do not like the disrespect, especially since I have received it at one point when it had been the first time I had posted OOC there. I know others do not either.

We give warnings to everyone, both in the thread and in private. It is common curtosy not to clutter a thread with OOC posts, and I believe that we began getting strict about it when several people had an OOC conversation in the thread.
I am not generally a rude person myself, but comments like Matrix's was both in the wrong section, and rather thoughtless in and of itself.
