the skirt is a little poofy... maybe see how the Egyptian wrap or a tennis dress looks? But it's still really great looking : )

I thought latvia was more of a brunette myself. Maybe the 'Moddish' hair style in brown, or 'Shuffle' in light brown? the outfit looks pretty good though : ) The tears are a great touch!
