It turns out that I have actually went down three shirt sizes so far and dropped at least 10 inches from my waist. Not bad. Now if only I could stay on track with my diet lately. sweatdrop

My yay is that I worked out today. I'm at home, away from my gym, but I brought an aerobics tape and did it anyway. May do something more tonight.

My yay for the day is that i ate a super healthy lunch, and plan to do the same thing with dinner. my goal is to pick up some healthy groceries tonight. i plan to be uber good now that the holidays are over (thank god)

I've been doing so well. I've lost 10 lbs so far. So that is my yay. I also have managed to maintain eating well while traveling.

My yay is that I have lost around 11 lbs in 2.5 weeks by eating 1500 calories per day, and working out 6 days a week... hurrah! I mean... yay!

Yesterday I went to the gym and did elliptical for 30 minutes. However I got low blood sugar and though I drank a protein shake I was unable to stabilize my blood sugar. Later on in the evening I went back to the gym when I felt better! Yay for being motivated to go back.

Today I went to the gym... yay. I did a decent cardio routine with some weights. Also, no fast food or treats!

My yay for the day: My asthma has been under control and I've been feeling pretty good today, so I ended up going to the gym and brought my inhaler just in case.
I ended up being able to spend an hour on the treadmill without having to use my inhaler once! ^^ Of course, I couldn't jog and couldn't handle fast-paced walking for long periods of time, but it's a nice start for me.

Three Yays!
Yay No. 1 I wieghed myself the other morning and I was 104lbs! I don't feel much smaller, and I think I might have gaind a pound or so back, but it's certainly some progress. 104 is the weight range I wanted to reach (and I've already checked my BMI), so now I just need to tone up.
Yay No. 2 I walked up the road earlier with my boyfriend. He bought a basketball and soccer ball, and I finally caved and bought an exercise mat for myself - now I can work out without hurting my tailbone. ^^ I even dribbled the basketball all the way home.
Yay No. 3 For the first time since I've been a child, I actually played sports today. It wasn't for a long time, and it wasn't anything big, but it was still activity that I enjoyed. I ended up hurting my toe after, but that will heal.
